PML(N) Not Going to Join Hands with PML(Q)

By Rohail Butt • Mar 23rd, 2009 • Category: Politics • 3 Comments

Punjab’s political scenario is not going to cool down anytime sooner. President Asif Ali Zardari has decided to take his revenge in Punjab. He has been wounded through the restoration of judges and he is going to retaliate in Punjab. That is why the governor is there and that is why the movement of Manzoor Wattoo has increased in Lahore.

Whereas PML(N) seems to be playing their cards very well. The unification viz a viz forward bloc of PML(Q) with all of its 27 members is intact with the Raiwind. They have asserted their loyality with Shahbaz Sharif time and again and they are not going to breakaway. PML(N) has tricked PML(Q) by first inviting them on lunch to Raiwind and then cancelling it and inviting the PM Yousuf Raza Gilani.

That leaves PML(Q) wondering in despair and going for only one option of making a coalition with Asif Ali Zardari. Zardari is also desperate to join with PML(Q) to form government in Punjab. The formation of government by both PML(Q) and PPP would be lethal for their future. PML(Q) termed PPP as security risk and PPP termed PML(Q) as Qaatil League (Murderous League).

PML(N) will play with PML(Q) a bit more but they are not going to take them in within the coalition. The cannot patch up with PML(Q) as a party, because that will anger their party members who have fought in Pakistan with Musharraf regime. Forward bloc would also be left in the cold and PML(N) will loose its principled superior niche.

PML(N) would either like to form its own government with the help of forward bloc or they will want PPP+PML(Q) government.

  1. PML-Nawaz’ Property and its employees and slaves should advise the owners not join hand with anyone, just stick their up their butthole!

  2. PML Q and PPP should align themselves and work for the betterment of Punjab just the way PPP and MQM are doing in Sindh. I don’t see any reason for Q to sit outside and let the N grow. Q should keep in mind that whoever remains in power has more chance to convince people through progress and development. In opposition they can only PROTEST and CRY. Its high time for PML Q to gel up with PPP and undo their mistakes they have done in past and try to capture the vote of entire Punjab positively. Let N remain out of the scene for next few years with unconstitutional forward bloc.

“In order to restore democracy and to get rid of Governor Rule we unwillingly had to take the decision of alliance with PPP” — “A sacrifice for democracy”. This should be the PML Q’s tag line if questioned.

This is the time Punjab needs PML N but “Shareefs” are still indulging in their evil politics. I wonder why our PATRIOTIC media is not highlighting the issue of “Shareefs” alliance with unconstitutional forward bloc. Where is CoD now ?

  3. Abdul Mannan,

My brother, I have the same feelings like yourself but I can’t stop when people do not realise their mistakes even after loosing half of Pakistan due to their wrong policies and being adamant with the same state of affairs.

We love Pakistan and my forefathers has shed blood for this country and we won’t let any body destroy it wether a Punjabi who says I will come to Pakistani on indian tank (and recently a leader gave a slogan of JAG PUNJABI JAG), a pathan who did not like to be buried in Pakistan, a baloch who who said we will welcome indians, a sindhi who pleaded West to stop giving aid to Pakistan and if Rajiv Gandhi was alive I would punish Musharraf.

Shame on all of them! Must be barred to be called themselve Pakistani
