Musaharf has been called as an accused in the state law process, including , arraignment, grand juries, pleas, discovery, pretrial hearings, trials, jury selection, evidence, motions, and posttrial remedies. The main purpose of the is to set forth or implement the written law of state for criminal offenses done by COAS. In order to prove any crime, no matter how serious, the prosecutor must prove that the accused committed a guilty act with a guilty mind beyond a reasonable doubt. so accused whatever the court comprises must respond as a law abiding citizen through his defense attorney or criminal lawyer, for fulfilling the normal procedures of courts.
All lovers didnt bother to follow simple procedure so what it means
