The Pakistani Spectator

We are living in a country which is not only full of natural resources but Premiers as well. When one corrupt PM disqualifies, other more corrupt PM ready to take its place, isn’t it ridiculous?? Govt. is always selected for establishment of country and to facilitate people, these leaders are our servant, they elect to serve us, not to make us servant. But what we can see here in Pakistan people are servants and servants are lord!! Nothing!! Sometimes when I think over it, the image that makes in my mind is that of Tom and Jerry. You can also imagine all this, things will more likely to my imagination.

Previous premier of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gilani disqualified few months ago because of not fulfilling Court’s order. He didn’t write letter to Swiss authorities, so Govt. elected a new PM for Pakistan; again the new PM is not fulfilling the Court order. He is ordered by the govt. to write to Swiss authorities to reopen cases against president Zardari. Now the same situation that we have faced in previous months, new president with corruption cases, no letters to Swiss authorities. So what’s next?? Disqualification of this PM, search for a new one and the similar will go on and on… and new election will come. So that’s the fate of Pakistani nation. There emotional attachment with Benazir Bhutto drowned us, that incident created sympathies for the PPP and now we are bearing the outcomes of those sympathies.

Interestingly this is the thing that happens more frequently in Pakistan, a country where people are crying for electricity short fall, unemployment, terrorism, inflation, our Govt. rather of thinking on these issues is busy in producing new PM for us. The only surprises and gifts are limited to the election of new PM. So let’s wait and see who is behind the curtains for remaining days of Govt. the same PM or a new one??
