Lecturer Dilshad Khan, who is the master mind of the incident, instigates the Cadets of two different classes to fight with each other. To accomplish his plan, he also get services of Lecturer Muhammad Numan, who is the incharge of the examination department of WAPDA Cadet College Tarbela and also have complete personal files of cadets. First of all with the directions of the Lecture Dilshad Khan, two classes of the college fight with each other in which some cadets got injuries. When college start investigation, Lecturer Dilshad Khan, threat the cadets if anyone take his name he will fail them in college exams and they cannot appear in the College. Later on when college administration get control on the situation and sattle the cadets, Dilshad Khan got angry with the situation and call Lecturer Numan and ask him to steal the files of the class. Lecturer Numan, who is on leave on these days, come to the college in midnight, open his office and remove all the files he was directed to, and left the college next day early in the morning without meeting anyone but he never know some on know his mission. Next day Dilshad Khan again instigate the cadets to fight with each other but he hurdle he was facing is the same day he was on POD duty. That night he remained absent from the College duty in the evening to show that he was unaware about the incident. The cadets again fight with each other vigorously. Next day when College administration starts investigation they found that the files of the Cadets are missing. After some days when Lecturer Numan came back to college he made himself innocent that he was not in college at that time. The college administration was unaware about the planning of the lecturer dilshad khan and lecturer numan. Lecture Dilshad Khan is the most dangerous person for WADPA Cadet College Tarbela. They always demand many things from the cadets like rice sacks, fruits and also encourage them against the college polices and discipline. If they have any proof or evidence, why dont they appear in front of Chairman WAPDA or Media. they have to show their guts. Such alligations are meaning less and have not affect on any responsible management personals.
