    This is Raheel Shakeel. I did my my enineering in Telecommunications then masters in Engineering management. I have been worked with several multinationals (Siemens, Ufone-Etisalat, Alcatel Lucent-Currently) in telecommunication industry from last seven years. I have verstile experience of Research and Development, Circuit/Packet Core Operations, Project management, Bbuisness process modeling (SAP-ERP) and technical Pre-Sales during my career.
    I am looking for PHD degree on some topic of Program management. Moreover i need to persue my PHD on scholarship. Can you kindly guide in this manner.
    Lastly i appreciate Farid on his devotion to country and giving exposure to upgrowns.
