Payment Complaints of Benazir Income Support Program (BISP)

Though there were many unanswered question as how it will be decided as who actually deserves the aid from the BISP program, nonetheless the scheme was a good idea. Though the amount was meager, it was something for many.
But now there is another problem. Many people are complaining that they are unable to receive the payments from this program. Many families are waiting for months. Few thousands of rupees mean a lot to lots of people.
It is the need of hour that the BISP authorities take notice of this.

Though it is a well program for the poor people of the area but how a days it has been decided by the political leaders that it should be used for their next election then the forms are being issued to the political workers of their party. It is not being issued to the needy people of the area.
It is requested to the authority concerned that the same may please be checked from the list of the applicants and be sured that it is being issued to the needy people.

This programme is very nice one but as usual the lower office bearers have tried their level best to fail the same and they are near to success. The MPAs/MNAs have issued/provided to their loved ones and also sell out these forms on payment of 500 to 800 rupees.
So i earnestly request to concerned quarter kindly look into the matter and check out the distribution of the same.
I want to that according to this program a benificary will recieve 12000 a year,but here in sanghar some people are only paying 8000 and rest of mony they are cuting i dont know why???will u please tell me hw to complian about this fraud of postal office if u have any number please tell me.

every one came wrote our name and cnic numbers and after some months we heavent got any amount but our neighbours got many time rupees. why please check it.

I live in pakpattan city of punjab.Name of my my village is pacca sadhar.
In my village many poor people have not recieved there support from u.
our Post master is a criminol,He did not give much money of poor people.
Many people had complain this,bt no action will be taken.
plz do some thing 4 it.
i am so much happy from this program but it is for particular area so i requested from farzan raja that plz do the help of mor and mor poor people

Some of the GPO Peshawar postmen are not paying the full payment of BISP.they charge from Rs.100 upto Rs.500 on per quarter installment of Rs.3000, i think it is the best ever supporting programme in Pakistan and all the peoples of Pakistan appreciate it, because of its transparency and easy achieving,so request you kindly keep support the BISP to support the people of Pakistan and make better the system of payment through GPO to bring smile on the face of needy peoples.

i m Deedar ali i have comlaint abt the post master of G.P.O for my sister her Name is Benazir CNIC # 43102-9849377-6 she was verified for the benificiary on the date of 13/01/2010 but 2day is 20/10/2010 means above 10 mnths she dident took atleast 1 payment of this nice programme for poor people.our doubt is on the post master of our concerned post office.& we belong to G.P.O jacobabad kindly check this form # ( 7101 ). she is very poor lady i have already comlaint to the honourable chair person Mrs Farzana Raja & the director BISP Mr Naveed sahib, by post on the date of 09/06/2010. plz plz solve our problem we will pray for you.

My name is Zafr Ullah Khan and i belong to Disst. Lakki Marwat. Sir I have two complaints:
1. My mother truly deserve the stipend from BIS Program because my father pay is hardly Rs.1500/month. He teaches to Quran Pak to children in a Masjid. We are 9 members in our family. None of us earns. My only brother is school teacher but he is married and he has its own family. So kindly have a look at our situation and please continue the BISP stipend for my mother.
2. My married sister has her name in the BISP stipend and the stipend comes too but she is unable to receive her stipend because of her SUSAR. She has three daughters and she is not financially supported be her SUSAR. So please can you make it sure that the stipend should only be collected by her from the post master?
Or
What should I do to solve these problems?
Please inform me.

Ans: Dear i don’t know exactly about your location but you can contact to concern BISP officers on your Divisional Headquarter to sort out your complaints and BISP has just started the Poverty servey all around the country so make sure the survey teams will visit your home/town for better assistance of poor families for more quires you can contact on
