It is now got very difficult for a Govt Employee and pensioners to even survive. The prices of basic commodities like sugar, flour, mazes, electricity, gas are touching sky high. In service employees are given Annual increment on 1st December of every year, due to this annual increment they get some releive, but pensioners get increase after 4 to 5 years at the time of revesion of pay scales.It is humbly requested to the Prime Minister/Presedant or other authorities that the Pensioners should be allowed to get annual increment on 1st December every year @ the existing annual increment of such scale under witch they have been retired.

my request is that to prime minstr of pakistan plz upgard the scale of .plumbers we are a part of pakistani economy but no 1 cares us . The fadral govtment demand minimum qulificatn for this post is matric with scince subject and one year diploma and 5 to 10 years exprince for post of Bps06 plz plz give us atleast Bps09 . We want to serve batter Pakistan and also if that step taken we ll able to batter servs our home. And also plz give us relexcation in 1 year diploma critia coz thr is no instiute in Pakistan who offer 1 year diploma in this filed i m serving in Bps 04 i hve 14 years exprince and i done ICOM also plz do some thing 4 us we r hoping that this govt ll solve our problm we r under the fedral govt thanks if any 1 help us regarding this matter ALLAH ALL MIGHTY ll bless him

The retired Governent servants are suffering a lot with regard to fullfil the basic necessity of life in existing pension sepecially those who do not have their own house and their children are still studying in colleges etc. Keeping in view huge increase in the prices during last four years, the present pension of all pensioner must be doubled in recognition of their valuable services which they had rendered to Govt.

in college of gujrat university, most of the teachers are appointed at 16 scale as teaching assistant.many teachers are gold medalist but they are appointed as teaching assistant.they take 5 classes and face lot of mental tension they have no job security.i request to shehbaz sharif please take attention gujrat universities and give us our rights and scales.another thing which i want to tell you, uog appointed us only for six months as contrary base.
please help us……………….we are well educated people but still face corruption.

I belong Finance Department Government of Sindh, Finance Department as Data Processing Assistant B12 Advertisement News paper required qualification was Bachelor of Computer Science with one year experience in field through Sindh Public Service Commission same second side Steno-typist-12 Qualification is Matriculation with 6th Month Shorthand course.
we are still Nine (9) year we are same grade BS-12, but our department steno-typist 12 to jump BS-15 and in time BS16 Charge OPS as Section Officer, That all the DPAs are possessing the high education & technical knowledge . As well as the DPAs of this department are PIFRA trained and they are working on New Accounting Model System in the environment of SAP/R3. under Section Officer (Stenographer) same date appointed same department.
Two times Chief Minsiter sindh write for comments but our department’s no response C.M Sindh.

I am serving in Pakistan Army. everyone says that pay of armed forced were double but they do not know our difficult job nature. we are serve from far distance from our home. we avail our leave even after 3 months. sometime we do not even participate in our marriage or death ceremony. even though i am not avail for my own marriage in 2002. from very difficult i should given only 16 days leave. which pass 12 days in preparation of my marriage and i only 4 days remained with my new Dulhan. after marriage i am coming after 3 months. we also a servant of 24 hours and we do not work aside army service in evening time. This is the problem of all armed forces personel.

.I am resident of Hyderabad sindh, i am employeed in judicial department. Justice says that all the persons should be treated at par with, but the scals and pay of employes of judicial department of Provincial Ombudsman **Mohtasib are not at par with other judicial departments, are we shouder, is it justice. Judicial employees demand justice, we give justice to others, but we are thursty for justice.
