Pay and Pension Commission of Pakistan New Announcement

Healthcare, education, and other expenses of daily lives have become unaffordable. There is great disbalance between the salaries and the expenditures.
For a long time, the government employes are waiting for the outcome of the Pay and Pension Commission of Pakistan. This commission has been pondering over the pay scales and pensions and the salaries of the employees. It was thought and hoped by the employees that this commission would come up with something drastic and relieving for them, but all it has done is yet another promise of pay raise.
The commission has proposed an increase of 15 to 25% in basic pay raise for the government employees and that is also in the upcoming budget. It is nothing as compared to the price hike and the worst economic conditions. Government should either lower the prices of utilities or increase the pay and pension.

More importantly transparency in the system is required. We make laws and give decision but the implementation and check and balance is not done. E.g Pakistan received a grant of $55 million ( Rs. 4.5billion) just recently for S. Wazirstan but one fails to detect the utlisation of funds.
PAYS SHOULD BE DOUBLED
Pension should be double,coz the pensioner who retired before 2000 and facing great difficulties to pull on their normal life, besides health facility.
In view of the above it is requested to the honorable Prime Minster, and the President of Pakistan to increase pension to approx 50% to 100% in up coming budget 2010/11 and oblige
It is also important to mention here that 100% increase in the pay of POLICE and ARMY has been made. All other Govt employees and pensioner are really suffering as Govt has done nothing for them. It is really shameful. What type of democracy is it ???..

Yes Sir, It is also important to mentioned here that 100% increase in the pay of POLICE, ARMY, NAVY and AIR FORCE has been made. It is get already very high sallary. Al other Govt employees and pensioner are get very low sallery you are really suffering as Govt (BPS Scale) has done nothing for them. It is really shameful. What type of democracy is it????????????????????
In vew of the above it is requested to the honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan to increase pay and pension to 100% immediately. Speacilly BPS scale payment revised and double all Basic pay and allowances.
Pay Should be 150% increase .Because the Price of everything is touching with the Sky. So Mr, Prime Minister of Pakistan Should Take Positive action in this favor…
Pay & pension Commission is playing with emotions of civil servants
It is now got very difficult for a Govt Employee to even survive. The prices of basic commodities like sugar, flour, mazes, electricity, gas are very high. It is humbly requested to the Prime Minister that the pays should be increased of about 100 to 150% in upcoming budget. It will really help Govt servant to make his both ends meet.
Police, Doctors, Judge, Armed Forces are working special tasks? so un ki salaries increase ki gai he, other servants kuch nai kartey. Yeh Mulk me kaisa KANOON ha. Whole Country me tamam servants ki salaries equal honi chaye, aur Scale No. 1 ki kam se kam salary 15,000 se start honi chahiye. Pensioners ki kam se kam pension 10,000 honi chahiye. But is country me aisa nai ho sakta, because hamari Country k Leaders ki pockets hi nahi bharti.
Well , If you guys think just for a few moments about the Karry Logger Bill and what he did ? The per day expenditure what the america had to bother now they are paying just few cents by paying to our armed / security forces . They are now successful for 02 main objectives . First they are successful to come our armed forces in front of their enemies that were not of us initially. Secondly they are successful for creating a Huge gap between civilians employs and armed forces personnel . The second issue is very very harmful for Pakistani nation . A significant distinction.
If our government will not increase the salaries upto 100-150 % in near future that is expected in june 2010 then the emotions of civilians employs of Government sector may cause a volcano come out with great thrust .
For the institutions safety and motivation factor of our governmnet employs it is very necessary to raise their income upto 100%.
government should provide Accomodation facilities, free education to children, to all employees and increase the pay to 100% of BP.
Salaries must be equal to 5g gold for low paid employee
Looking the increasing of the price of house hold commodities it is a need to equalize the pay, allowance and pension of emploee to the extent of its empact. It would be equalize if the Pay, Allowance and Pension would be pursued INDEX PAY SYSTEM. Hence every thing will went well. The Government Employees are felt in great depression when they are looking the increasing rate of Pay etc of Judges and Forces etc. So for to eliminate this injustness between actual dearness / price increasing trend and the present drawing salary rates, it must be followed and INDEX PAY SYSTEM else the outcome will effect to the extent of injustness.

All forces ke payment 2009 say double mil rahi hay ham logon ko kion nahi double mil rahi ham log bhi Govt. of Pakistan Kay employees hain sub ko insaf braber ka milna chai hay agar wo log dashatgradon ka makabla kar rahay hain to sab say zaida civilians log maray ja rahay hain ham log bhi baraber kay sharik hain is mulk main insaf nam ke koi cheez he nahi nay. Sab say zaida Pakistan ko khanay walay yah forces kay banday hain Pakistan ka sab say zaida budget is he forces per lagta hay forces walon ke payment zaida nahi honey chai hay kon kay agar in kay payment zaida karo gay to mulk ke hafazat kon karay ga yah log apni ayashion main per jain in ko serf facilities de jain payment normal de jai agar in say mulk ke security karwani hay to warna yah log zaida payment lay kar ayashion main per jain gay. Zaida Payment in army walon ko kamzoor kar rahi hay. Govt. yah bohat bari bhool kar rahi hay in ke payment kam ke jai.
I think you know that All members with members of Assembly and Pay & pension Commission is playing with emotions of civil servants.I saidyou Allah Karim is watching us what are we doing.
When pay of all forces has increased up to 100% then why it is only 15-25% for other employees? It is a big injustice in a country where justice has released recently. All other employees are also citizen of the same country and are equally serving the nation. Every body knows the pay of forces was increased about 1 year earlier but other employees were kept aside while saying that they should wait for the absurd report of Pay and pension commission.
Therefore 100% rise in pay and Pension should be made immediately.
1……..I am resident of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, i am employeed in judicial department. Justice says that all the persons should be treated at par with, but the scals and pay of employes of judicial department of Pakhtoonkhwa (NWFP) are not at par with other three provinces, are we shouder, is it justice. Judicial employees demand justice, we give justice to others, but we are thursty for justice.
2……..Stenographers are in a lot numbers in judicial department, the scale of steno grapher in pakhtoon Khwa (NWFP) is 15, while in other privinces it is 16, why? it is justice.
3……..pay scales of teaching staff increased twice, pay of clarical staff also increased, but the stenographer comes in technical staff, neither ever scales of stenographer revised, nor any technical allowance is admissable for stenographers, like other technical staff, in what catagory we are……., what we are………………….shooder……………………………
I agree with Azam Khan. The Judicial Staff of NWFP is getting less pay than other provinces. We were promised the increase in pay by the formula of ” The allowences will be triple of the basic pay” But our Finance Department said that they have the problems of IDPs. This is totally rediculus. The IDPs are getting all the Financial help from foreign countries. The govt has earned alot in the name of IDPs. Now they should act on our demand.
I would also request the Chief Justice of Pakistan Supereme Court, Chaudhary Iftikhar Sahib to take SouMoto action in this regard and give them some ride. Ye sirf dandey se hi seeda honey waley log hain.
In these hard days the employees are facing very hardships due to price hike. Honourable Prime Minster very kindly be pass the orders for increase in the pay and allowances and oblige.
i belong to khyber pakhtunkhwa, i must say that Govt should increase the salaries of Govt departments. Police, armed forces etc are already getting increased salaries than why not others????
i think Govt should increase salaries of all departments specially education department so that teachers (All levels) may concertrate on their duties with a tension-free mindset.
