The idea for a community center was first laid down on 14tb August, 2005 at Chandni Restaurant in Frenont where Abdulrahnan Rafiq, Sabahat Ashraf, Umair Muzzafar and Farrukh S Khan jointly organized the first ever Silicon Valley Pakistani townhall meeting. The beginings of PACC as outlined above are slightly inaccurate .
