Our Generals Watching History Channel,Are They Really?
By Tipu Sultan • Jun 8th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 11 CommentsYesterday,i rang up cable operator to tune a sports channel instead of history but answer i got was most surprising and astonishing for me. There been a call for History channel,i asked whose?A General,replied operator.
Are our Generals watching history channel? Do they know meaning of history?Do they have anything to do with history? The general answer to all these questions is a big “no”.
Unless developed countries,where as you move up the grades in army,you get more strategies,more work,more appreciation,the situation in Pakistan is exactly the reverse ,as you move up,you got more vanity,more hate from your civilian fellows and more greed for money.
This is the culture in our army since past 63 years. Every army man who even reaches the grade of colonel feels himself a unique creature of God and till reaching major or brigadier rank ,he is absolutely done with mind,values,every thing.
There is also need of reform in military culture of ours,how long civilians be denied of our rights,again ,there comes the concept of National security state and welfare state. Can we afford to put all our resources for the welfare of children of 2 million army people who will never stay in Pakistan and deny rest of our population.
A phone call of general results in immediate action where as no attention is paid to a civilian call.
Who will change this prevailing culture?yes,a civilian leader will rise from amongst us and have the courage to bring our army to its true level,that of equality with civilians counter parts and end the domination of army for the sake of rest of the Nation and that time is soon coming.

Tipu baita, u r right … Generals must learn and follow suite the examplery tenets and principles of honesty set by our politicians, buearucrats, senior police officers, senators and judges !

You and few of your friends on this forum are always talking of a person coming or rising and changing things for you. Why cant you start that change? Why do you have to wait for someone to change things for you? Why do you have to beg in front of the world for money? Why does your countries administration has to blackmail people across the world of they will fail and weapons will fall in the hands of militants? Why cant people from your country come together and try to put your country out of mess it is into? Why can you guys work together to develop your country? Why do you guys have to depend of other? Why do you have to look at the other Muslim countries and shout slogans of Muslim world and umma and what not? Are they going to help you in each and everything? Are they are you guys so reckless and careless when it comes to your own good?
Please answer this. I want to know thee answers.

the greatest lesson of history is that man has never learned from history
its better than watching valgur Bollywood/Lollywood movies or even worse a cheap stage drama with third class jokes and a few mujras

just because you missed a match it doesnt mean you take out your daggers for the poor general,
if you are really hungry for a general’s blood the you got the timing all wrong, it should have been on 12 Oct 1999 or 3 Nov 2007
Our generals are very much interested in repeating history with new war techniques, with more forceful actions and with more lies to public.
History is like a similar war game to them that should be exercised after some years.

if he had to remove/replace a channel with hissssssstory channel why not replace the dirty channels like the ones i mentioned above?
the timing for the braying for the general’s blood was to indicate that when events like a coup and imposition of emergency went un-noticed by the people of pakistan , compared to these what happened with you is peanuts

What is the point of feeding an army which will fold on one telephone call and not only fold but turn its guns on its own people and its countries religion (unless the religion of Pakistan has changed from Islam to christianity or wana be jews)
But at the same time the educated elite of Pakistan dont want Prophet Muhammad as their ruler. They certainly dont want His Shariah as they term it as extremist and barbarik. So infact they say what the Nabi brought was extreme and that the Nabi and Allah were both wrong and thus how can such people be Muslim
Shaytan knows there is only one Allah and Muhammad is His last and final prophet. But he is classed as a kaffir because he suggsted Allah was wrong in saying Adam was suprior to shaytan.
That negated his Kalima.
How many generals kalima has been negated. How many educated elites kalimah has been negated.
Also you have to ask yourselves with honesty. Is your Kalimah in tact or negated. You dont have to tell anybody but be fair to yourselves. Because on teh day of judgement you will not be able to trick Allah. if its negated and your failed, You cant pay rishwat to Allah.
