The joy of conspiracy theories is that more bizarre they are the more they sell! Osama bin laden is CIA operative and all this bloodshed is part of wider conspiracy. An interesting article titled “A plea for progress” published in The News February 13th by Aniq Zafar sheds light on the dilemma of misinformation being spread by the Taliban Apologists. As he points out that attacks on armed forces of Pakistan is a greater breach of sovereignty? And how the issue of drone attacks is being overplayed and ignoring the fact that all high-profile targets have been effectively killed by drone attacks. As well-informed citizens we need to counter this base-less propaganda by stating the facts and figures
