Novice and expert bloggers, both always like to earn from their blogs. And why not? Blogging has got a huge potential to free you from your 9 to 5 ordeal and enable you to become  your own boss. Nothing beats but having your own business, and blogging is one of the most promising online business. Making money online is not some sort of rocket science. It, like  other feats, requires hardwork and dedication.

There are many options available for the bloggers to earn money from their blogs. I have listed some of them below. In future posts, I would also throw some detailed light on each of these options.

Google AdSense:

One of the widely used and extremely viable option for making money from blog is Google AdSense. Its very easy. Just sign up at Google AdSense website for free. Take a code snippet from there and embed it in your website. That’s it. You can receive payment through check or Western Union. AdSense website says, “You want to make more money from advertising, but you don’t want to serve untargeted ads to your users. Google AdSense™ solves this problem by automatically delivering text and image ads that are precisely targeted to your site and your site content—ads so well-matched, in fact, that your readers will actually find them useful.”

Inline Links:

Another option is to embed inline links within your blog posts. I have seen that people mostly use and click at the ads which come their way. People dont go towards ads usually, rather they have to be made to see the ads. Annoying pop up ads are surefire way to dispel people from your website, but inline link ads are good replacement of them. They are easy on the eyes and very blog friendly.

Other Ad Networks:

There are plethora of other online ad networks who are there. There are many fake and harmful sites, but there are some few good sites which offer good and viable ads. For example, bidvertiser, valueclickmedia, vizu and many others.

The starting point for you should be the Google AdSense, and remember regarding Google AdSense, the ad placement is the key.
