Administrator you should’ve posted my comments. this is what freedom of expression is all about. I though since you’ve titled it Pakistani Spectator ….A Candid Blog but I feel it such an obscure and hidden that even ppl in electronic media are not so scared as you have shown your submissiveness by not posting my comments. Just like other Pakistanis Imran Khan is patriot and concerns about the country. He speaks what people of Pakistan think and want to get heard that’s why private TV take him hand in hand. However, he neither is a revolutionist nor he have any guts to bring revolution in the country. I only like him when he speaks my mind on the foriegn policies.

If there can be any leader after the founder of this ill-fated nation it is and it can only be none other than Imran Khan. Dictators and ass-hole likes Musharraf bastard and bharwa Altaf Hussain will keep on coming like GANDERIS in the market. All these are GUTTER POLITICIAN with no vision. When Quaid-e-Azam made his public speeches in India n Pakistan only a very few could comprehen the foreign language but the public always believed that whatever he is saying he must be right because he is a man of words. Same is the case with Imran Khan since he is truly an OBJECTIVE ORIENTED PERSON. Our nation is devoid of Objectivity and vision and cannot differentiate between Gutter and Gun Point Politics of Altaf Hussain and Rascal Musharraf keeping their asses under the Patronages of Gora sarkar. People like Musharraf have really pissed off this country by detaining and keeping under house arrest the all time graet Pakistani people like Dr. Qadeer to whom the whole nation is obliged. Musharraf was the product of EnlightenedModeration so much so that he referred it in his book IN THE LINE OF FIRE. People like MUSHARRAF are curse a STIGMA to Pakistan’s destiny. And ppl like IMRAN are born in MILLENIUM

to all the critics on Imran here, some of you have personal agenda against him. He may not appear to be the most “charming” typical Pakistani politician, but he has shown how to live up to his words. Forget about cricket, as many here dont know the ABC of cricket; only development of cancer hospital is enough to keep him alive in Pakistan. he sets the example by leading from the front. he lives by his words (which many pathetic politicans of the modern day in pakistan have no clue about and not to mention the top of the order mr 100 percent who said that “muahiday” are not like quran & sunnah that we must follow; then I dont doubt that he is mentally totally insane), he fights for what he thinks is right and he is in mainstream because of his sheer hard work and being competent enough. for few up about cricket; I followed his career alongwith javed Miandad. As a matter of fact Miandad has been my hero I started cricket because of him. But Miandad was no captaincy material………And those who know cricket a bit know that he dropped Majid Khan in order to play Mansoor Akhter (from Karachi), Imran had given mansoor akhter many many chances….

Anyways to me leader is

L = Loyal (to cause, to the group, to people, to country)
E = Elegant (sets high standards)
A = Attitude (posses very positive attitude and never lets the followers feel down)
D = Daring (never afraid of taking the toughest decisions)
E = Empowers (authorizes to the right ones; never power hungry)
R = Reliable (in all situations)

What I see in modern day Pakistan; majority of them cant even spell “Leader” let alone to become one………………

Nazia – You are taking the discussion to a totally different path. We are here talking about why Imran is disliked among the cricket circles in Karachi and not about the character of Miandad. Javed has great following in Karachi (and rest of the country) and unfair treatment by Imran on multiple occasions never went down well among the cricket circles and followers in Karachi.

you know why Miandad is bestowed by this high profile job its because of Daud who is no 1 don of Karachi living in dubai.He has strong links with zardari like politicians of Pakistan for safe money laundering and in land grabbing scandals.he is controlling all under ground corruption linking with our intelligence agencies too.Miandad no doubt the best batsman we have in our cricket history but personal levels he is one of greedy person on our national platform.He had felt on hesitation on the marriage of his son with daud’s daughter.Daud is on the list of most wanted terrorist in Indian crime book who is involved in bomb blasts, money laundering and land mafia there too.
