Though NTS is doing a great service for the students of the Pakistan, there are many problems which are being faced by the students all across the Pakistan and the biggest of them are the roll number slips and the downloading of forms and also the availability of the results.
NTS body which is Pakistan’s premier testing service should look into this matter and should have a vibrant, agile, helping and congenial customer service in order to provide a real passionate customer service experience to its clients which is normally youth, who are already disoriented.
National testing service should also provide its services through the smart phones and through the SMS in Pakistan. They should completely overhaul their NTS website and should make it more user friendly and quick and easy to navigate, which it is not right now.
One can hope that NTS continuous to provide good service to the students.
