Now from bad chickens of PPP worst one is in top desk news, I know you got my point, don’t you?? Yes! Right, it’s our president, after the chain of corruption related issues including disqualification of PM, Shab-ud-din’s Ephedrine case, Raja Rental, and now Zardari is in Queue. On Monday 25^th June Advocate Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi has filed petition against president’s dual posts and Immunity in SC, as he hold two positions, Presidency and co-chairman of Pakistan people party (PPP).but in constitution it is not allowed to hold two post at a time, so it’s unconstitutional.

Basically this petition refers to article 43 and 248; he objected his immunity under article 248 while article 43 refers that a president can’t hold two posts. So now in this democratic state, the leadership that talked about democracy is involved in unconstitutional act.

“Ek Zardari Sb pe bahri” will answer this petition or not, either he would be able to keep both of his posts or will leave any one, if left which one it could be? But what I believe is he will not leave president ship as compare to PPP co-chairman post. The next main thing regarding this issue is who will be his lawyer? It’s Ahtezaz Ahsan who will follow the proceedings or there is possibility of someone else. As Ahtezaz Ahsan has lost the case of previous PM Gilani, now query arises in mind that weather PPP will trust him or not? As he was a good supporter of President’s immunity, so let’s see what is going to happen in coming days.

From last few months, PPP, its troubles, its hardships, its corruption each and everything is obvious. We know well about president Zardari, we have seen what PPP has done for us in 4.5 years. A big question mark is on the development and progress of the country. Our industries and other related issues are at decline. So I just want to say what is next???
