No New Deadline from Dr. Shahid Masood

The government of PPP is intact and kicking and thriving. Crisis are unfolding as it is, but the government is facing them headon and thwarting them without blinking an eye.
Many in the media are disappointed. The soothsaying pundits, from politicians to journalists to armchair philosophers have now even stopped forecasting and giving dates about the end of the Zardari regime. They are not even talking about it and nobody is asking them as what happened to their previous cut off dates and why they have stopped predicting the end?
These so called media pundits are the real cause of panic, confusion and unrest in the country. Their total apathy and redirection of focus from national interests and common good to narrow selfish goals and objectives, giving those a chance to destabilize who want change in their direction.
But people are aware and people want continuity and stability. Now people are thinking “according to them” and not “according to Dr. Shahid Masood.”

Yes it is nice to see that the democratic system has survived so far with the media critics of the PPP having blackened their faces.It is clear by now that the media critics of the PPP were merely resorting to wishful thinking by predicting the early demise of the PPP government every now and then.It was irresponsible journalism at it worst.However one should not get complacent because the threat to the democratic system is still far from over if one looks at the fate of the civilian governments in the post Zia years.The goverment of Junejo was dismissed and the governments of Nawaz Sharif and Benazir was dismissed twice.It is interesting to note that all these governments were dismissed before they had completed their third year.So the real challenge for the PPP goverment would really start after it completes it’s two years in office and it remains to be seen whether it is allowed to complete its third year unlike the earlier civilian governments.
The media pundits which work on a specific agenda and gave the news about derailing of the democratic system should have their answers now. Yes, there are a lot of crisis situation unfolding but we must learn to deal with them not give up due to them.
Some officials of the media do need to re visit their role in the current panic situation when Pakistan is surrounded by enemies such as the terrorists. They must play a positive role in which people are offered moderate views rather than creating more thrill and havoc in the society which will only provide free hand to the extremists.
I wont say shame on you, because you are not at fault, we the people who watch your programmes are at fault, we people are watching your programmes, you are a black mailer, wit no character, if you have slightest of courage, CHOLOO BHAR MANI MAY DOOP MARO, but you cant, because now Nawaz not Sharif paying you good. Now its funny to see you mad man on tv I think you have Zardari phobia, do you watch your programme after recording? A mad man with hair standing mouth open and crying about zardari what a funny and comedy show you are presenting dont worry people will never take you serious they know what you are talking about
Shahid Masood, Ansar Abbassi and Hamid Mir are all the Crooks , they do not have Pakistan’s intrest in their mind, These are Foreign govt TOUTs, who are trying to create MAYHEM in a country where education Level of masses is 18%. They are exploiters?
