    WE should think about a non-paying captain for Pakistan Team:

    1. Imran Khan
    2. Javaid Miandad
    3. any other

    They have always been on seniority. It did not help. They should look for somebody with awake mind. Inzi was great bat but had a sleeping brain on his strong shoulders. Aggression should be the trait to make a player qualify for being captian. I vote for Shahid Afridi even he is not a good criketer but I guess he can be a good captain. Responsibility may make him better cricketer also.
