New Province Demand issue or fantasy?

By Asad Ghauri • Jul 10th, 2009 • Category: Politics • One Response

New provinces in Pakistan, its indeed a burning issue which must be addressed ,we can see discrimination at large in Punjab where One developed part is more funded for new development and at other hand southern Punjab is still in ICU with very little care, economical condition of both sides are entirely different which need attention.

Raising this issue in present time by a person who held a powerful position in last assembly and never demanded same in past as situation is worst in southern Punjab since long time is something which points towards the faith of demander for this demand.

As Ruling party itself ended issue of Kala Bagh Dam which used to be hottest topic for Media and public, so now once again government need to change people mind , they want media to highlight this new issue just to make sure that People and media are involved in new fantasy and take less interest in War against terror, IMF Loan (which is use to maintain standard of our rulers in there foreign tours) ,rising inflation.

Hopefully when next government will come we will listen from them that we had ended matter of demand of new province forever, and then again after little time we will get a hot issue as a lolly-pop to suck and enjoy our time.

(for Mr.Asim Hussain(Advisor of Petroleum) Sir kindly decrease T/A of MPA, MNA, Advisors and Senators, and then ask public to accept huge petroleum prices in order to help government)

  1. New Provinces won’t end up the misery of poors in the farther lands of Pakistan
    Balochistan is a province already
We don’t need similar under cashed provinces
Need of the hour is to lower the cost of doing business
Textile has remained our largest export for the last so many years
Present electricity crisis has shifted the focus of our international customers towards emerging Thailand and Bangladesh
In a year or two they may overtake us in this expertise of ours by installing latest machinery with the aid of increased cash flow
    Things are like that
We should stop wasting time on petty issues like these
