Naeem Bukhari, Dogar Challenge CJ; Lawyers Remain Silent

Former Chief Justice Supreme Court Justice (rtd) Abdul Hameed Dogar denied the validity of verdict of seven-judge bench on November 3, 2007, and he bashed the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry and said that he also took oath twice under PCO.
On the face of it, Dogar’s statements are correct, but the context is wrong. Have we forgotten his role has crony of dictator Musharraf and then Zardari? Who could forget the Farah Hameed Dogar case? How Dogar denied the justice and democracy to the people of Pakistan and then shamelessly stuck to his seat is now part of history, but that is still vivid in the minds of Pakistanis.
It’s just another ploy on the part of PPP stalwarts to undermine the judiciary. Zardari was forced by General Kayani and Nawaz Sharif to restore the Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary, and he never forgot this wound, and now he is propping up Dogar against Chaudhry.
But where are Aitzaz Ahsan, Ali Ahmad Kurd?

Another civilian fly is thrown in the way of free judiciary after failure of Brig Imitaz cooked conspiracies.
One can think that coward character of Dogar has got so much strength to counter the strongest jury of Pakistan.
Qasuri and bokhari sitting on his left and right are actually his energy drinks which is providing him potency to stand against open contempt of court.
I think it is one of good act he had done in his life.As some ambiguity has remain unattended during his surprise respectable exit made possible by presidential deals.
The people or group who induced him in this mess is planning for higher games of politics as usual made a big blunder.This act would again activate the lawyer’s leaders,lawyer’s bars and civil society which were gone to back-foot due to this war game.So we welcome him to this world of law.
Nobody can forget the part Naeem Bukhari played against the CJ during Musharraf time. And now he is questioning the morality and legality of these judges presiding over Dogar’s case. He certainly is a puppet whose strings are pulled somewhere else. If he questions the morality and legality of judges hearing Dogar’s case so should his be discussed. He seems to have some personal beef with the current CJ, or same puppet with someone different pulling the strings.
Dogar’s abuse of power and his willingness to be used is no secret. I think this is just a smoke screen and the real game will be played while everyone will be consumed by this game. whats that game, it can be NRO or something else. Several newspapers published articles, which discussed that even if NRO goes out of the window it won’t affect some influential figures as a prologue to this episode I believe.
Why blaming PPP?
It would be foolish of us to expect that Dogar will give in easily.He was the so-called ‘chief’.Not an ordinary judge from the SC who would accept his mistake and submit an unconditional apology.

Good Job Dogar> You should Fight with this Chief Corrupt Judge Chaudhry. How he can dismiss All with PCO oath? Why he did not dismiss him as he was a PCO judge too. Now The BAR President KURD is against his rulings, as he said that all PCO judges should have gone. This Chief Corrupt PCO CHIEF Judge has little bit of shame left in him should RESIGN> SHAME ON HIM>

it was funny to hear dogar’s comments that “i was unaware of the 3rd nov ruling , i came to know of it when i read the newspaper the next day!”
this reminded me of mush when he sent reference against CJP he said i called cjp and showed him the charges against him then “main tou juma parhane chala gaya tha aur woh(cjp) baith ker charges study kertay rahay thay”
do these idiots expect anyone to belive in their dumb excuses?
All from Nawaz Sharif side is right and all from other side is wrong. That is the decision. He who do’nt believe will face contempt of court.
