I am a Pakistani, working in UAE. I tried my best to serve my own country but the entire struggle was useless. Ultimately I had to throw myself abroad. I complain about the recruitment procedure in Pakistan especially in your group. Please make it easy & comfortable along with reference-less environment. Your initiative can be a trend & hope for forty million youngsters.

I felt so proud of myself that i find no words to explain my feelings. I am a teacher, i think very deeply about the present situation of my country. It has been caught in various crisis.
