Mian Manzoor Wattoo : Advisor to PM
By Salman Mugsi • May 17th, 2008 • Category: Politics • 4 CommentsAnother nail has been inserted into the coffin of Pakistan Democratic Alliance coalition, as the PPP appoints Mian Manzoor Wattoo, a prominent and vocal leader of PML-Q, the advisor to Prime Minister in the industry production area.
Mian Manzoor Wattoo is one of the most active proponent of President General (r) Pervez Musharraf. He has played a pivotal role in bridging the gaps between PML-Q and PPP, an more importantly between Musharraf and Zardari.
Though Manzoor Wattoo was elected as an independent candidate, but he kept his attachment as the PML-Q leader. He is publicly against the leadership of Chaudharies of Gujrat for PML-Q, and he was once touted as the replacement of Chaudhary Shujaat.
The appointment of Wattoo and Salman Taseer are strong signals for PML-N.

Common citizens are tired of Pakistani Politician bickering. I grew up watching them bicker. You pick a newspaper from twenty years ago. You will find same personal self-serving politics, only the players are changed. OK Mush crossed some lines that he should not have, but whose interest does it really serve to ignore the enormous problems Pakistani people face and keep dragging this one man’s (CJ) interest over millions of Pakistani hardworking people.
