Massive Protests against Indian Occupation Forces in Baramula

A large number of the residents of Baramulla town held anti-India demonstrations, despite attempts by police to break up the protests. Kashmiris chanted slogans of ”We want freedom!”, and “Indian Dogs get out of Kashmir!” to express their hatred for the occupation army.
The protesters carried the body of a young boy, who succumbed to his injuries in a hospital. The troops had subjected the martyred to bullet fire.
On Tuesday a third protester was killed in troops indiscriminate fire, and the latest victim died from his injuries on Wednesday.
“The situation in the Baramulla town is very tense,” local journalist Showket Ahmed told media men.
Most schools, shops and offices remained closed in Srinagar where police sealed off all localities to prevent protests against continued Indian state terrorism.
According to the data, released by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, today, Indian troops, in their continued acts of state terrorism, martyred 28 innocent Kashmiris in the last month of June. 59 people were arrested, 10 women disgraced and 46 residential houses damaged during the period. 1061 people were critically injured when the troops used brute force against peaceful demonstrators.
It is noteworthy that harrasment, torture and rape of Kashmiri women is a regular tactic employed by the Indian Army. Just a few weeks before, Indian Occupation Troops raped and murdered two Kashmiri women in Shopian, which sparked violent protests all across the Kashmir Valley. However such heinous and evil tactics of Indian Occupation Forces have failed to suppress the freedom struggle of Kashmiri people who are more determined than ever to get rid of illegal Indian Occupation.
The Kashmiri freedom struggle is gaining momentum and God Willing it will reach its logical conclusion. The people and government of Pakistan stand with our brothers and sisters in Kashmir, and share their hopes and aspiration. Kashmiris share a unique, extremely strong bond of brotherhood with their Pakistani brothers and sisters . We share all our joys and sorrows together. The most recent show of this relationship was witnessed on Sunday, June 21st, when Pakistan played in the final of the T20 World Cup in London. Thousands of Kashmiris, including women and children, were glued to their television sets to watch the final.When Pakistan won that crucial match to become World Champions, our compatriots in the Indian Occupied Kashmir province poured out on the streets of Srinagar and other cities, fervently chanting Jeeway Jeeway Pakistan (Long Live Pakistan). There was a sea of green tops and Pakistan flags in downtown Srinagar. They chanted pro-Pakistan and pro-liberation slogans.
“It is a great victory and we hope that soon our freedom struggle, our great sacrifices will bear fruit and we will merge with Pakistan,” said the cricket fans in the occupied region.

Kashmir is occupied territory, a province of Pakistan which India has illegally occupied.Indian soldiers are raping and torturing Kashmiri women is a regular feature of life in Indian Held Kashmir.These recent protests emerged when Indian Troops raped two girls in Kashmir. This is how low the level of morality is among Indian Army which is just like a big group of bandits who rape and plunder.

“For somebody like myself, who is not Muslim, that interpretation of freedom is hard - if not impossible - to understand. I asked a young woman whether freedom for Kashmir would not mean less freedom for her, as a woman. She shrugged and said “What kind of freedom do we have now? The freedom to be raped by Indian soldiers?” Her reply silenced me.
Surrounded by a sea of green flags, it was impossible to doubt or ignore the deeply Islamic fervour of the uprising taking place around me. It was equally impossible to label it a vicious, terrorist jihad. For Kashmiris it was a catharsis. A historical moment in a long and complicated struggle for freedom with all the imperfections, cruelties and confusions that freedom struggles have. This one cannot by any means call itself pristine, and will always be stigmatised by, and will some day, I hope, have to account for, among other things, the brutal killings of Kashmiri Pandits in the early years of the uprising, culminating in the exodus of almost the entire Hindu community from the Kashmir valley.
As the crowd continued to swell I listened carefully to the slogans, because rhetoric often holds the key to all kinds of understanding. There were plenty of insults and humiliation for India: Ay jabiron ay zalimon, Kashmir hamara chhod do (Oh oppressors, Oh wicked ones, Get out of our Kashmir.) The slogan that cut through me like a knife and clean broke my heart was this one: Nanga bhookha Hindustan, jaan se pyaara Pakistan. (Naked, starving India, More precious than life itself - Pakistan.)
Why was it so galling, so painful to listen to this? I tried to work it out. First, because we all know that the first part of the slogan is the embarrassing and unadorned truth about India, the emerging superpower. Second, because all Indians who are not nanga or bhooka are and have been complicit in complex and historical ways with the elaborate cultural and economic systems that make Indian society so cruel, so vulgarly unequal ”

How many rapes are carried out by Indian forces deployed there?The rape of these two sisters is a ploy by the present ruling clique to remove CRPF with their J&K police while actually the rapes were carried out by J&K police themselves.
Indian army punishes who indulge in rapes.I donot deny there are young guys who forget their oath.But they are punished.
Has any pakistani women protested like my Kashmiri sisters about any wrong by their armed forces?Or they are all angels?

stupid to talk about kashmir when our own pakistan is a warzone. kashmir is more peaceful than pakistan today.
Security forces of India are not doing anything wring this is just a rumour which has been spread by Bleddy Hurriyat & some bhare k tattus. Indian hindu army should leave KASHMIR. Kashmir is the land of Muslims and is not for hindu zionist. remember. Muslims will come again to conquer INDIA once and for all. Read history. Muslims came to your land to teach you humanity, provided you stiched clothes to wear, told you the status of women, gave you food, gave you freedom from cruel emperors like raja dahir etc. What hinduz gave in return to Muslims? Option 1: India will never give away Kashmir no matter what happens so we continue with our claims
and write articles and have million discussions on it.
Option 2: Wage a full fledged war on India and try and force ourself on Kashmir which will lead to
destruction of both the countries since we our nuclear capable states.
Option 3: Forget Kashmir and keep our side of Kashmir and work towards developing Pakistan.
If anyone has any other option please let me know which is suitable for Pakistan and which will help us get Kashmir otherwise we can just continue adding another article on Kashmir. I need to see some action and not just plain words on Kashmir.

i think the problem of kashmir has to be seen in historical precpective what has been the status of it before any sort of accession or ocupation. the state of j@k hisroically was never part of british dominion although enjoyed its loyality but was an independant state . if we accept this then we can talk
