People and populace at large are by attitude under ‘delusion of grandeur’ therefore psychologically under ‘dissident behavior’.

 

Courtesy among social move has ‘formal dimensions’ masking the real behavior that may only burst if ignition with respect to ‘belief of attachment’ becomes route as discussion.

 

As an example call some one with a name that ignites his reaction or that provably reflects ‘distortion as means’.

What if some one calls or lets suppose I call  you with a name that put your temperament under ‘rule of exhibit’.

Definitely it would annoy you and you must and should?

For it’s your right as prerogative that! You should be honored in the very same manner and mode that is; a timely or required criterion as courtesy, decency and above all respect as grace in case of male and modesty as female.

 One may say or show ‘rift as conflict’ against this choice to award prerogative of honor; as undue respect hence favor to Mr. or Miss by Dr Raza.

 But does it mean and compulsion that; I should own the ‘decree as reservation’ of a person; that is tagging my ‘attitude as favor’?

 No! Not at all;

 I should only own my feel believing it the ‘right and rational usage’ if it is under the unanimous term of rationalism as ‘ethical, courteous and decent.’

 People have rights to defy and deny hence to express their feel as and if they want; and is always taken under the ‘realm of freedom of expression’ as ethical.

However! Such freedom of expression has ‘cordoned boundaries’’ when the same expression enters a portfolio where; requirement is based on restricted and compulsive obligations in the name of rules and regulation.

 When you enter in private room; you need permission and similarly when you ‘follow as faith’ you are in ‘compulsion as obligation’ to own what is a ‘necessity as prerequisite’.

 Human being by nature have ‘built-in trait as characteristic’ termed the ‘Ego’.

 He is my son.

 She is my daughter.

 She is my wife

 This is my premises.

 It’s my religion

 This phrase “My” and “Mine” is an ‘expression of egoistic attitude’ explaining the theme behind that; the person ‘owns these features as relation’ in a ‘constrained and possessive fashion’

 Though at one end this attitude is egoistic but at other perspective it does explain that such own as claim can litigate as rift, if at all; means as ‘maneuvering’ could be put as ‘conflict’ since; ‘possessiveness explains an attitude towards solitary belief as part and parcel hence selfishness’.

 My Point is; claiming legitimacy as own would and shall counter and retaliate as behavior; if at all situations as conflict are created under the rule of pin point as controversy; since ‘people in possession’ have built-in tendency as ‘possessiveness’ and have self understanding as their legitimate claim and own.’

 Besides ‘materialistic object as subject’ in terms of ‘inmates as relation’; religion dominates among people in more ‘emotional and calibrated format’ similarly; as emotional bindings exist between relations.

 It is because of this ‘theme of emotions and attachment’ that people sacrifice their ‘lives and living’ along with children on ‘behest and behalf’ and in the name of religion as martyr.

 It is the same theme as attachment that; people set aside their ‘lives hence to offer life’ to ‘safe guard and sanction’ life to their home and country as emotional bindings; accepting ‘death as desire.’

 Here comes the point as required.

 It is this attachment that becomes controversy among people with different perspective vision; as discussion; some tagging it fanaticism where as other putting it as dogmatic and stubborn hence irrational or extremism.

 A person dying for his country under attachment and within his own country is a martyr whereas; same person being a victim of death under enemy is called rebellion or enemy of state.

 It’s all how you perceive with different perspective vision as desire.

 ‘Emotional attachment under egoistic dominance with cordoned belief as faith; under the rule of religion is called faithfulness and obedience’.

 However! A person as outsider; not within the domain of that religion, country or belief would always litigate the controversy as dogmatic hence fanatic, extremism or enemy of the state.

 Similarly ‘insignias as name’ and ‘nomenclature, symbols and prestigious monuments as attachment’ bear same model emotional elements as attachments among people cordoned within selective groups as class or sect hence religion.

 The same is the basic theme behind blasphemy since; Muslim under the cordoned belief of faith as Islam by rule would perceive and treat hence maul handle any one that is macerating the image or name unduly.

 Under the rule of perception, few may keep quite on the issue of maceration but few may litigate it depending on their emotional attachment thereby awarding penalty by different modes as means.

 This penalty may range from; a condemning only or extending this condemnation under ‘belief of emotion with demand and desire of death penalty’ as only, means of consolation hence peace.

 This is the point where mind logically embezzle soul since; humans; being a peaceful nature and under the cordon of belief of peace as essentially and even especially, when he is under the faith as Muslim and Islam; apprehension route towards scholar as clerics so to console mind with solution; this is to ponder its effect thereby defusing the ignition as anxiety.

 It is here that clerics enter the domain of ‘human nature and mind” so to decline ‘temper as temptation’.

 It is here since desire to find solution as brutality is hazy or unseen hence unprescribed in books of ‘law and religion’; but only ‘peace in lieu’; that they route towards clerics to declare their ‘plea and desire’ as per anxiety and acquired ferocious behavior in to real picture.

 It is here that different ‘prospective and perspective images as reasons’ on backups of ‘grounds and grind’ are inference hence concluded as decision in the light of ‘interpretation as solution’ thereby awarding ‘fatwa as solution’.

 Fatwa’s are common alternate among Muslim may they belong to any sect.

 Fatwa’s; in my opinion is ‘a mean to get answer as per cleric version’ in situations which could not ‘verdict unanimous declaration’.

 It is an approach to retrieve answer where Shariah and jurisprudence under the flag of religion has no explainable or highlighted answer as explanation and compulsion as declaration.

 Fatwa’s are interpreted theme as solution where embezzlement make mind easy from anxiety.

 Fatwa’s are never a laid down criteria of ideology but a verdict based on interpretation of scholar as cleric and all ifs, buts and shall are under his responsibility and is not necessarily a compulsion among followers of that religion but only those who are under his sworn as practice.

 Actually we have interpreted this term wrongly.

 Fatwa’s do not! I repeat do not express or can be regarded as idealistic ideology as laid down curriculum of principle.

 Fatwa’s only works as solution when haziness as sight and understanding; becomes the part as problem; among people.

 Nothing in the contest of brutality is within the concept of Islam.

 This is rubbish.

 Any thing that dismantle image with expression of brutality is far away as misnomer from the chapter and verses as books and Islam.

 Islam does not allow neither award brutal punishment under any concept but only those who attend as open enemy under protocol as war only.

 It’s a peaceful religion and any such slogan as award under rule of fatwa are nothing but piece of fascinating attitude, you may call it a criminal negligence to ease or hoist the ignited emotion of people hence a visionary concept of cleric.

 And yes as per version regarding fatwa against Salman Rushdie; this man was under the rule and reign as Muslim and as per unanimous declaration of variant sect of Islam the same slogan as penalty was awarded to him.

 A convict is a person who is under trial by court as authority.

 A conviction under the rule of law is a prerogative as per legislative law of the land; in which conviction becomes the means.

 Since he was a Muslim and was under the rule as Shariah law of Muslims hence Islam; therefore; he was supposed to be dealt accordingly.

 He was a convict under the oath of Islam and as such he was supposed to follow what has been ethically a faith as belief and hence to be treated as per Islamic jurisprudence.

 Any one breaching law of land and country and similarly faith as religion is liable to be trialed under the rule and regulation of that premise only hence he was awarded the same by unanimous declaration of clerics.

 Here one may object again on validity of cleric as declaration hence award of punishment that is a reflection of brutality in lieu of expression.

 Here again I would recirculate same option of granted prerogative of people, law and religion who similarly grant right as privilege to these scholars under the rule of skilled decision making and expert interpretation of Islamic jurisprudence to proceed as unanimous declaration hence legalizing or unsealing the act in the light of Shariah, sunnah and law of the land and religion. 

 And yes we do confess that we have emotional attachments as faith with ‘prophesy as Prophet (PBUH) and Ashaab’ and who ever try or dare to stand against our ‘beloved’s as insignias’, we have defined prestigious ways as ‘laws in Islam’; to be followed and own hence to implement under such circumstances.

 Such issue as blasphemy is a unanimous approved law as legislation under Shariah as well as under country ideology.

 Under the means of such circumstances scholars and clerics are requested to decide as declaration on behalf of skilled expertise to enhance and look after as defense and means; hence to award unanimous declaration as verdict; in lieu of interpretation as justified.

 As far as message to the world is concerned, in lieu of such restricted and secluded awards as penalties; my opinion is  we are not answerable to world hence to explain our version as Islamic principality as belief and obligation as Shariah; so to get a chit of clearance from them as rational or ethical religion.

 What ever has been declared as Shariah and law in Qoran and by our Prophet(PBUH); we are there to guard and believe it as obligation; though it may annoy people some where and at some place.
