The demise of  Ijmal  Khattak is  really a  shocking  news .That great  Khattak . embodiment of  patriotism, commitment  sincerity ,loyalty, courage  honesty , humbleness ,unwieldiness( in short  epitome of  true  Pashtunwali) spent his  whole  life  fighting and struggling  for  the cause of  his  mother land( Pashtunkhwa ) and its  sons ( Pashtun,s)rights and progress  as well  for, all downtrodden of the  whole  land , Death is  fact which  every one  has  too face  it some  day. However some  people  live  in such  enviable  way  that even  after death  they  do  live ..Great  Khushal Khan Khattak, forefather of Ijmal Khattak, has said in a verse

“Fortunate  are(  only )those  who are remembered( with good  words ) in the world  as  none  will be  here in this  mortal world  for ever ‘ The great Ijmal Khattak will be  definitely   one  of those  few auspicious  souls The  revolutionary  poet cum politician ..Ijmal Khattak  had devoted  his  politics  and poetry for a  lofty cause  which he had set before  himself even when he  was yet a small kid of 14 years or  so  and  remained loyal to  it  till to  the  last.No impediment or  dictatorial  pressure (Exile, imprisonment, physical torture , different allegations and propaganda ), bowed him  nor  any   worldly  greed or  material  offers  bought  him   And  nor   tough and hostile  circumstances  could  deviate that ‘ courageous  Dervish “ from his path

: Monetarily  though  a poor fellow  and remained  so till last  breath however he  never ever desired  for  wealth nor  he  longed  for  official  posts  during  all his long political career  as he  was  much  higher  then such  petty  matters  and there  lies  the  greatness of that  modest but worthy dweller  of  a simple  mud   house  of Akora Khattak  .That  simple ,sincere  and satiated  Malung (Dervish) poet cum politician  was larger then  life  and  was taller  then many  and will  remain larger and taller after his  bodily; death  Great souls  like  Ijmal Khattak can never die His stirring poetry  and writings  and his  selfless  type  of politics  will be  a source  of inspiration  for   the  coming generations  for  long long time.
