Lahore Attack: It is a Spent Cartridge
By A Khokar • Mar 4th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 20 CommentsIn Pakistan we may not like the despotic Zardari regime that some how President Asif Ali Zardari came to power riding the tide of NRO, cooked up by General Musharraf to facilitate Late Bibi Benazir Bhutto and Zardari, a safe landing on the Pakistani shores and that after the sad demise of Bibi, Zardari was able to grab the seat of power. But after the 26/11, Mumbai massacre where Pakistan was implicated; his government seemingly took a humiliating posture in order to play down the aftermath of Mumbai mallow drama.
Mumbai drama was invariably orchestrated to under mine the existence of our beloved country Pakistan but the lying low scheme of Zardari did work and a destructive war waged by our enemies against Pakistan was averted. It was a good job done, by a known bad boy.
But our enemies finding their plan gone awry did not sit idle; they were but to strike back and they did. Lahore attack on the visiting Sri Lankan cricket team is a repeat of Mumbai massacre from every possible angle.
Any how credit goes to the planner of this ambush site that Sri Lankan team that it was provided with a boxed security and it is difficult to strike any target being escorted in such a security formation. But they attacked at the round about of Liberty Chowk where owing to the chowk constraints the target (slowing down of bus on turning) had gone vulnerable and at that very moment they consecutively attacked from three sides. It is a successful and well executed ambush. This also leaves a big lesson and example for the people writing the military combat training ‘blue bibles’ on the subject.
We salute the courageous police stalwarts; they gave their lives. They not only saved the lives of our honourable guests but also safe guard the honour of this nation.
This nation also owes a lot to the witty driver and the police officer in charge in the bus that they were so alert and committed; they very skilfully sped away from the ambush site to the safety after attack.
There is no doubt that our beloved homeland: Pakistan is encircled by savage Hyenas from all the sides. But probably we Pakistanis can’t afford to get discouraged by such like incidents. Lahore incident is yet another, mallow drama orchestrated like Mumbai attack; but it is a— spent cartridge.
We must only know that when enemies see that we have our victory insight; they always intensifies their atrocities and strikes very vehemently. The scale of chaos and intensity of turmoil being injected in our society shows that our victory must also be closer than we think.
Pakistan is the gift of God, bestowed to the best of his chosen people— called Pakistanis. On Pakistani soil, we all walk by faith— in a Living God and not by mere worldly gains— in our sight. May Creator of this universe direct our steps!
We ought to know that our disappointments may have their seasons but God favour is for life long. All Pakistanis must shun the attitude of self pitying and walking in pressure of worries, disgust, fear and negativity.
We are praying and praying more than ever; because our tide is coming back.

The terrorist can be said a novel stateless force charged with unique phenomenon and their concocted myths. They are inoculated with such doctrine that it over rides all their normal faculties as human being. On completion of trainings, they are sent out charged with assigned tasks that they consider it sacred for them. Fear has no place in their lives and death is their aim; their honour in the way to accomplish the assigned task; A simple rule plays; do and die.
Their mind set is like of Trout fish that after getting fertile in the warms waters; in order to lay eggs; it travels instinctively for hundred of miles; in some cases about two thousands miles; up stream against all the odds; the wild flowing riverine and streams gushing down the slopes and gorges but Trout climbs up and scales even the biggest water falls to make their way up hill to reach the icy cold waters only to lay eggs and die there.
The selected fanatic terrorist groups can not be called as religious groups because religion in their lives plays a part, as a tool; only to facilitate what is taught to them to make sure that it is held and put forth as true. It is always supported by a figure known as their superior, a school, or a sect; to obey their given command. Such made up tenet or dogma is then taken as the principle of faith for them to live till they die.
Above destructive and inhuman phenomena is in practice in certain societies; especially in certain fanatic groups through out the world; which is being made use of to advance their worldly gains by their higher archaic with out the knowledge at the lower echelons. At lower level, the foot soldiers are just considered as the fodders of their excursions (waged wars) only commanded to obey the orders; to do the assigned task, die and achieve the martyrdom. .
Knowing the above all to be such; certain oppressing countries in pursuance of their dominances and greed; very tactfully louver the heads of these organisation on hefty prices and in return they act for them on a given dictations.
May it be Mossad, RAW, CIA or ISI; all of them are the known culprits to make use of these stooges. All of them use them with their ulterior motives.
Mumbai was one such orchestrated case initiated for a specific purpose. Lahore attack is the extension of same to accomplish the mission that earlier this exercise some how went awry.
Is any body serving God here; My answer is: No not at all [1].

We may see it here that religion is being misused (or say abused) to meet the ulterior goals by certain groups.
When we talk about Pakistan; Pakistan is an Ideological state and is meant to be carved on the line of Islam. There is no place here for any concocted, rotten old Jewish type defunct myth that we see encroaching into our society in certain spheres.
All the ideologies must keep on purging the impurities found encroaching, in order to stay pure and intact. Pakistan ought to get rid of stanic movements travelling down the hills of Khyber and Bolan passes.

In addition to this, in my view all those, including myself, who claim to be adherents of Islam must accept this that all of us are not angels (simple by virtue of being Muslims) and nothing gives us an immunity from being called dangerous if we behave irresponsibly. For me, an evil is an evil (it is neither Indian nor Pakistani; it is neither Hindu, Christian, Jew, or Muslim) and I do not see any reason to hide or protect it; evil is evil and it is common enemy of virtue. I am against this divisions of people in the name of any dogmas, believe me there is no limit to further divisions. I just do not cater to any form of national arrogance. I just do not wish sending our boys, all our boys Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs whatever, to wars any wars, I want them all to live and I wish to see them schooled, provided with a job and so on.
Sir, God is not our soul ‘property’, He is not limited to our wellfare, progress or wellbeing. He has created us all including the Jews, the Christians and the Hidus etc. and cares and sustains them all (if at all He takes it upon Himself ! ). We in India are as much perturbed by what happened in Lahore as any one in Pakistan. By attacking a non political, innocent sportperson terrorism has touched a new low.
I also agree that there are striking similarities between Mumbai attack and this Lahore attack, but since evidence point fingers very strongly towards Pakistan army and ISI for Mumbai episode are you willing to accept ISI role in these attacks as well.
I know there is nothing for ISI to gain out of this attack but is it not that ISI has created a monster which now is getting out of control and is posing danger to the creater itself. Taliban’s case is classic example, creation of Pak army now had Pakistan army buckled to it’s knees. Pakistan had to sign a peace deal to avoid casualities. This is high time that people like you start looking at your house first rather than pointing fingers towards India.

Ask an ordinary Pakistani, does he believ that Pakistan is gift of God, a zannat…your spineless leadership and greedy generals have made Pakistan a living hell. No body wants to come and play in Pakistan. No body wants to do business with you, economy is in shambles, entire world realizes that your army is good to kill only unarmed Bangladeshi, muhazirs or innocents in Kashmir through terrorists, your forces can not stand up to Pashtuns. It looks like that when ever we talk about religion and when name of Islam comes up; some how a common perception erupts in the mind of commoners; especially the people who have not seen Islam closely and prefer staying other side of the fence. Day in and day out, our media is bent to portray, only the bad picture of Islam and makes the things more foggy that probably; Islam is the religion which is all out to attain its supremacy by coercing all others to bring them into their fold by force. This perception puts every body on defence and we hear a common rhetoric especially in the west that all the atrocities that western forces after occupying the Islamic countries are carrying out, are with the view to defend their way of life at home and quell and keep the evil at bay.
But we need to under stand Islam. First and foremost is that Islam has got no place for any kind of terrorism. Terrorist are found in all the nations and in all the religions of the world but terrorist, they may not be religious. Phenomenon of terror applied by certain nations is a tactic to carry out their cowardice manoeuvres while using religion as weapon. In the name of terrorism and declaring there. a war against terrorism, certain oppressor nations are on their spree to manipulate and subjugate the targeted people or nations for their ulterior motives.
But this is an era of information and there is no doubt that the Last commandments of God Almighty bestowed in Islam, are now well known in all the societies of the world. Knowing it to such that people have to come forward and accept the last commandments; there happens to be wide range resentment campaigns enforced in all such societies to make sure that message of Islam is sufficiently obliterated, negated and maligned.
We should bear in mind that Islam has not come as rival of other religions. Rather Islam confirms and validates the previous divinely teachings [1] and offers higher degree guidance in accordance with universal divinely plans of God Almighty. Islam is the only religion which has been destined by our creator for the future of the mankind. Islam being the bearers of higher divinely education may not be against the old and basic or primary educations; rather the successes of older teachings and their marked achievements are the bases that God Almighty blessed this world with His final message of peace and harmony and named it Islam. Islam furnishes the divinely light to bring the improvement and enlightenment in our respective societies.
It is known fact that it has always been difficult for the humans to shed and shake the old adopted myths and practices because humans by nature love and relish, to remain restrained and bound by mysteries found in old myths. And if these myths happen to be religious one; it is more so difficult in leaving those self imposed mythical confinements. Myths are also influenced and rightly or wrongly strongly guarded by the religious zealots, authorities and other groups safe guarding their vested interests and opulances held by them.
There are preset mind and preconceived ideas created n floated, to keep us at distances which keep the societies stuck in the old ruts and restricts n bound to think without prejudice.
Let’s build the bridges; not the barriers and find the common grounds to march toward the divinely enlightenment and for the betterment of the people of our societies that we love and live.

As you said that there is nothing that ISI i.e. Pakistan may gain any thing out of incident of Lahore attack; then we have to look who are the one who are to benefit out of this? Who are the one who orchestrated all this and on what account? What are the motives?
It may be easy to point out that probably it is the RAW of India behind all this but we have to see that if RAW is involved then what is the purpose? Is RAW acting here as proxy of some third party?
It is quite possible that when we are busy slandering each other there is some third party ( may be in collaboration with our neighbours) busy in such untoward actions like Lahore or Mumbai attacks. Make such consecutive moves that Pakistan is not availed any respite and is declared as the epicentre of Terrorism. Destabilize and cripple it to the extent that ultimately move in from its western as well as eastern borders and defang it of its nuclear defensive assets.
There comes a stage; a litmus test for India. Will India come forward to help Pakistan or she will abet the third party (enemies of Pakistan) and see the defang-ing being carried out in her neighbour hood?

I could see that some one is posting comments with different names but messages had the same known writing of Incredible man. Any how well come back with your original title. After Mumbai attack that societies on both sides of border were still trying to cope that we now have a repeat of same very episode played here in Lahore; as they were not yet satisfied with the massacre carried out in Mumbai? Probably there is some unfinished agenda that was yet to be fulfilled.
On other side: US is bent to amass her troops on our western border; beefing up by about 17000 more troops is scheduled. Looks like situation is also being created to spread more of anarchy in Pakistan and see that it ripe into chaos so that US- NATO troops are asked to move into Pakistani territory on the pretext to quell anarchy in this region. (what a prtext?)
But this is to be seen that what part is played by our neighbour at our eastern border.
