Also non-Sunnis will not be equal citizen by a long shot and will be treated as achoots like they are in Pakistan currently. So Indian Kashmir becoming part of Pakistan will not be good from Human Rights point of view. If Indian Kashmir becomes part of Pakistan all non-Sunnis in present Indian Kashmir will be persecuted and killed like they are in Pakistan right now.
