		<description>This article says a great deal about the sheer apathy and incompetence of a corrupt government. They 
have no sense of a moral compass when it comes to using proper financial management of the treasury. 
Priorities should be first and foremost to protect our police and other law enforcement personal with strategic expenditure of state and federal funding. 

It's a truly a shame that these VIP's are abusing power to no limits and hoarding the state's resources for their own selfish agenda. Zardari and his cronies need to step down and stop looting the already distressed
and limited funds of the government. It's about time we vote the rascals out and bring about solid, strong leaders with a sense of true principles for the people of Pakistan.</description>
