Number 1) The Pakistani government should put the ignorant people practising these evils in jail for a very long time. Number 2) They should also give them a hefty fine. Number 3) Those paying to do black magic on others should get a necklace of dirty shoes, and then they should be paraded around the city so that people can spit on them and realise what dirt bags they are.
