It’s Not Pakistan of Baitullah Mehsud and Maulana Fazlullah

Every region has it’s strategic importance and if you are on the map of earth then you are strategically important. There is nothing weird or conspirational about it. Pakistan’s obsession with becoming the pivot for the region has landed us in so much trouble and then to top that off, the submission to the will of super powers has also put us in a very precarious situation.
With gushing blood in the seven tribal agencies in our North and with open wounds in Swat and with restive tremors in Balochistan and with discontentment in the Sindh, there remains very little reason to celebrate anything. But when one observes the serenity and the jolly mood of the stuffed leaders in Islamabad, one gets bogged down. The dismemberment of Pakistan in 1971 must have come out of such oblivious attitude of our leaders. Then was Zulfikar Ali Bhutto with Yahya Khan. They got translated into Zia ul Haq and he nailed it. Then came the power struggles between democracies and the dictators and now we are wondering what is right and what is wrong.
What is going on in Swat and what is not going in Islamabad is what tells us the story. There is no writ of the government in the Swat and the Taliban chapter of Swat led by one Fazlullah rules the area. They have their own interpretation of Islam there and they are exploiting the Islam for their own purposes and no one is taking notice of this gross activity. Even the religious parties, who become so furious over any thing not to their taste are silent and some of them even taking pleasure by watching the defeat of state in Swat.
Taliban are the product of Afghan War supervised by United States and fought by Muslims of Pakistan and rest of the world. They have gone out of control now and instead of rooting them out and gaining control, we are still struggling with the question of whether to do it or not. Most of the Pakistanis don’t have a clue about what is going on Swat. They dont’ really have an idea who is giving money, weapons and logistical support to the Taliban of Swat. One cannot run a single household without any support, how Taliban are running the full fledged war against regular forces of Pakistan. How come?

Good article, few good questions, but do you think you will get answers for them?
These are the same questions which are asked by many Indians for the terror that operate in India, but still the answers what the investing agencies have found are vague and covered with piles of fog and dust.

There is a mark success in Bajur district but Military action in North and South Waziristan seems to be in pipe line for ’second phase’, where reportedly in a secret arrangement; US drone attacks are the prelude awaiting major military moves of Pak Army to eliminate Taliban and denounce (Al Qaeda) supporters and its presence. In order to gain a clear bill of health for Pakistan on the international scene,[1] Pak army is capable enough of restoring the lost grace and honour of this nation. God willing; once again Pakistan will be portrayed as a versatile Blue star nation.
It is also a proven fact that India has always displayed her archery at every stage to see Pakistan disintegrated. CIA and India have previously created enough anarchy by fuelling the separatist movements in two Pakistani provinces i.e. in NWFP and Baluchistan. The prevalent chaos and turmoil in country also justify western case against Pakistan’s nuclear assets. This may also serve as pretext and prelude for US to move into Pakistan and occupy this land to serve her dreams of Imperialistic designs. But fact remains that the imminent threat to Pakistan’s security comes from Islamic terrorists breeding with in rather than from arch-rival India.
Against all the odds; Pakistanis ought to be united into a compact mass. The power of evil working against Pakistan may also serve as a cohesive force that must bind us together that such like activity of human cohesiveness invariably destroys the power of evil. Enemy thinks that by hammering upon the mass they will be able to break it in fragments, but they only make it more dense and impermeable than it was before. These are the times; where history is testing…all of us. Pakistan and only Pakistan ought to be songs of our praise and prayers in our hearts. We only live; if Pakistan lives.’

The problem of TTP of Baitullah Mahsud and Fazalullah will certainly be solved —-the day people who indulge in loss of lives and property and pitched against the writ of government, are called as ‘criminal’ and are treated as such.
Subjugating innocent people, burning girls school, restricting education and making the life in the area miserable; taking any happiness or leisure out of lives of peoples and naming it Islam; it is not Islam; it is a curse and a wrath.
The treachery runs in their blood and these traitors very conveniently take cover of orthodoxy (that they were Jews earlier and have not shed their old bad habits even when accepted Islam) and conceal their atrocities and greed in the name of so called—- Islamic Sharia laws.
If this is called Islam then thank you very much of this Islam! They must keep this Islam to themselves.
I have yet to see that any government body or the any Islamic institution has ever called these stooges criminal or traitors. Why?
These are the Satan waging war of greed n atrocities against humanity and are trying to cover by posing as the preachers of gospel using religion as their weapon.
