Primarily you are here saying that since CJP—— keeping in view all his previous follies has since repented; Taubah kar lee so we would like to grant hima him the certificate of a fully rehabilitated person and some of the groups are also showing their intension including you ready to vouch safe for him for his rightious acts in future—-So here after he—now stands as a stalwart.

CJP and Musharraf case is a case of two dacoits, Dacoit A and B. They both assisted each other and carried out a robbery and committed a crime but later on, when caught. Mr A says that I repent my sins so I stand free of charge of robbery but vigorously insists that I must be spared but B must be charged for this sinful act.

Somehow Dacoit A is also placed a judge to pass a judgement of the same case (that later when he developed some misunderstandings)—-against a person in which he himself was an abettor.

This is called a self serving judgement.

Our Supreme Court have always set a supreme examples in their services rendering by its any CJPs, who so ever he was including the present day CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Choudhary that their lordship has always been found worshiping the rising suns.
It is a history that they have been the first to help set a foundation stone and validate anyone who so ever came up there and declared himself as godfather in Pakistan. These godfathers have been from military as well as civilian but later on called as dictators after their departure. Our Supreme courts invariably said yes to all such adventurists including the present day president who is the prime product of NRO. In return the Supreme Courts have been the recipient of all the possible emoluments offered by the new dictators for their services rendered. The court job has been very simple; —just to be present there to officially ‘grace’ the in vesturing ceremonies of the installations of the dictators and then retire to the back stage.

After the last incident when Musharraf handed over the regime to the new set up and some two years are coming to pass. There has been all quite on the ‘Courts Front’. They say ones conscious always pricks and our guilty conscious CJP in the face of foreseeable raging storms of freewheeling Pak media and masses onslaught; has sheepishly tried to give a stir in the system. He has picked up a rare vulnerability of by gone dictator— Musharraf of declaring an emergency in the country; forgetting all his previous sins spread over long 9 years but catching a end bit of his fag which he finds it the real sin. (because it does not bear this CJP stamp)

Although he is seen trying here, to pull wool in the eyes but is found miserably failing in it.
Apparently, his so hyped up announcement of judgement extends everywhere and has resulted in dismantling all around him but his judgement passed— stops short of all such events where its effect his own personal position. Even this does not touch the infamous NRO that present day President zardari is enjoying its sumptuous fruits.

It is seen as some self serving written script is handed over to the CJP probably by Richard Holbrook in his somewhat unaccustomed past meeting with CJP that it never happens that some foreign emissary meets a chief justice of a country=— and that he is seen now implementing that given script and is unfolding it step by step.

But to what use is that judgement that it is only found self serving and as usual, it is found worshiping the rising suns only.

Now see from other aspect this war on terror has left many men handicapped and have become unable to earn for their families, only army is taking responsibility of its men, all others are living like live disable persons in rest of their lives.Their wives never think of leaving their husbands in this conditions.State is not providing them any kind of medical and job facilities as still we are far away from the procedures of being a welfare state.So what is our achievement of being a military state or our participation in war on terror games.
Giving us lectures that state or politicians are responsible of taking care of civilian is absurd and only valid when we spend 60% of our budget on people’ welfare not for 0.1% force in the name of defense.
Now come to law of state
Who allowed these uniform men to issue NRO to absconders and call them back as politician of state?
Whole world is watching the phenomena of swapping the corrupt politician with generals( general IN , politician out and politician IN and general out).Is this not part of monkey games?
how coward are our uniform men who are afraid of unarmed judiciary?

See our history power is still in hands of GHQ to run in all state matters.
Zardari like corrupt joker is just selected to time pass in president house till army is busy in war games.
Whole nation is jsut boiling after war games, extreme load shedding extra ordinary billings and high infaltion rates and just a match is require to ignite them like a civilian bomb.
It is only judiciary that is creating difference in people’s perceptions and giving hope of good life to ordinary people
Face the power of law with some patience and little bit of courage as you accepted the tyrannical rule for more than 38 years in your state and try to accustom with its true spirit.This is not order of general to be executed in minutes and show sign of power to its subordinates.
These are principles of civilized society and show bright colors of hope and survival as dignified nation ,with passage of time and there is no tint of sheepishly or beastly desires hidden in it .It is not just revolve around a person or specific community but whole nation is showered by its blessing ,just wait and see how slowly slowly it will make difference in the life of common man.

Very rightly so; merely repentance wouldn’t suffice the issue. These are the people who are the real culprits and have repeatedly committed this heinous crime against this nation. They ought to beg for a pardon from this nation. This mammaji ki adalat has to face Awaam ki Adalat one day.

For the dictator this courts passes a verdict that he be tried under the constitution clause 6 which carries the severest of penalties; the death penalty but what about this very court itself which validated the very initial action of dictators when he took over the rein in his own hands and these abettors kept on giving him the appropriate cover, the way he required and —- for years.

Obviously this court after finding its own position untenable has very sheepishly devised a bench to grant a self serving judgment with the aim to reconfirm their own posts and provide immunity to their previous action.

This is least any decent and responsible person must do to rehabilitate himself and his integrity - but just REPENTANCE alone won’t do - he must seek PARDON !
