If As Gates said in Islamabad, that Americans did a blunder in abondoning military to military relationship with major NON/NATO ALLY PAKISTAN, why not give the PAKISTAN pseudo/NPT STATUS AS DONE TO INDIA? By the way Pakistan army generals are no fools and they have not withdrawn their forces from Indian border.
