Country: Bangladesh

67% of Bangladeshi waters are from Brahmaputra rivers.
Now hydro-electric dams on that river is built by China......NOT India.
Will the author "complain" against China???Certainly NOT

Most importantly author writes:
""has surpassed the rest of the world due to Indian expansionist agenda.""

How does "expansionist agenda" comes into the picture??

Of course....throwing such words into an article makes it more attractive. Lol

Author is a typical crackpot we see in Pakistan.

Country:Iran

Iran is NOT complaining about these projects......but Pakistanis are. Hahahaha.
Curiously , Iran finds NOTHING to complain about so called project in Afghanistan.....this Pakistani authors complains.

Country:Nepal

Nepali rivers originate in nepal FIRST then enters India. India is in downstream of those rivers.
Then how come India "steals" nepali waters?????

Crackpots like the author......dilute her points by using non-sensical reasoning.
If she can be stupid about above two points.......then the rest of the article stands NULL AND VOID.

I think war mongerers always manufacture reasons to fight a war. War can never be a solution to any problem. So lets stop beating the war hysteria and not get jingoistic about getting ready for war. I think we as a nation jump the gun a trifle too swiftly. Have we ever thought of a crisis as an oppurtunity. Japan after getting bombed used this crisis as an oppurtunity. Its policy makers thought of innovation and technology to revive its economy and became a world leader in manufacturing electronics and automobiles.

Water crisis is not a new phenomenon. War is an option of last resort and is certainly not a solution to any crisis. Have we thought of rain water harvesting , desalination water treatment plants and green house farming.

Saudi Arabia has 28 desalination plants providing water to 25 million citizens. The largest being Shobia Desalination plant producing 450 million cubic water every year. It has also invested in inhouse water ways project to make sure water reaches to everyone.

Malaysia produces 14 percent of its water requirements through rain water harvesting. European nations have invested in green house farming to produce its agri requirements. No nation can be self sufficient but has strenghtned its economy to suffice its requirements.

I think great nations have become great after overcoming a crisis and failed states have failed because they chose to be that. Its time we made our choice.
