It has released the “Shariat Nikahnama” that they claim would give equal rights to both Muslim men and women. The new nikahnama has 17-point guidelines for marriage under the Shariat for bride and groom, while eight points on the divorce process. Here mother also prefers male child mother shows clear differences in providing privileges to her male child. daughters and sisters are intentionally deprived of their legal property rights by their fathers and brothers.. mother in law forces women to have male child at the cost of many unwanted girls. Indian culture has also more worst aspects of bad behavior toward female child. I think India is on the top of list where girl infanticides are highest in number.So what state or religion can do when women is suppressed by her own love ones. If you go towards arab culture not saudia you would see better rights of women folk. I met many arab women in Paris who married to French or ireland men and their family created no problems for them.They have different reasons to marry non Muslims.As they are having very good and peaceful married life so I never dared to tease them on their such acts that is basically prohibited in Islam.
