India : More Crisis-Strewn Than Pakistan
By Dr. Hassan Isfahani • Jul 11th, 2009 • Category: Politics, Worth A Second Look • 39 CommentsIndian lobbies across the world are busy like hell showing their “grave concerns” regarding the myriad number of problems faced by the Pakistan. It’s life and life is laden with the problems and every nation faces problems and crisis and Pakistan is no different, but it seems that Indian are more concerned about the problems in Pakistan than in their own country. Even when they are not talking about the Pakistani crisis, they start worrying about the problems of the China.
India is fulminating from within and the lava could rip apart the brittle flimsy sheet of deceit and propaganda. From Kashmir to Nagaland and from Assam to Manipur, and from Urissa to Jharkand and in literally every state of India, freedom movements are in full bloom and getting stronger as the days are passing. Where the separatist sentiments are dormant, religious and ethnic differences are eating into the already dilapidated fabric of the so-called Indian multi-ethnic society.
Whether the nuns are raped before they are burnt alive in Urissa by the Hindu terrorists, or whether the Kashmiri women raped to death by the Indian soldiers, stories of cruelity, barbarism and subhuman activities are like stones in India. Poverty, hunger, joblessness, digital divide, caste system and the corrupt politicos, military officials and runaway scientists are the hallmark of the Incredible India.
Pakistan is surely suffering from many problems, but apart from terrorism, Pakistan is far much better country to live and to progress than the India. If people in India has any doubt, they could ask from the visiting Sikh Yatris as how the Pakistani cities of Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi look. How the people are strong, solid, hopeful, educated, talented, intelligent, peaceful, hospitable and smart.
In India the fact is that only Bollywood is happy while the rest of the country suffers. In Pakistan, only some parts are suffering from terrorism, while the rest is hopeful, audacious, and ready to lead the world.

“myriad number of problems”!!
What makes you think that we are all those ‘things’ that you claim? Come on, be realistic, India might or might not having all those problems, but how does it make you “ready to lead the world”?
I think it ought to be ‘Crisis-Stricken’ instead of ‘Crisis-Strewn’.

SAME OLD CRAP SINCE 1947.
Author spells “Orissa” as “Urissa”,,,,,,,,,,,,shows authors knowledge about India.!!!!
lol lol
Dr(of nothing). Hassan Isfahani has a STRANGE HABIT.
This guy comes up with RIDICULOUS ARTICLES and makes himself a laughing stock here in TPS.
Few months ago this same guy claimed that “Indian Army Preparing for Coup in India”
Honestly this guy needs to go to a MENTAL ASYLUM FAST.
“”"”"in literally every state of India, freedom movements are in full bloom and getting stronger as the days are passing.”"”"”
“full bloom” freedom movements are actually IN HIS DREAMS.
Keep dreaming. No tax on that.
thank you for keeping us ENTERTAINED with such humour.

QUOTING LAST LINE:
“”"”"”"”"”What I take for the world is that India, for all the huge challenges it confronts, is likely to continue its rise, if more slowly than the report assumes. The job of adjusting the familiar western ways of thinking about the world to the new realities has hardly begun. Within a decade a world in which the UK is on the United Nations Security Council and India is not will seem BEYOND LAUGHABLE”"”"”"”

INDIA 2039:An affluent society in one generation
Just one fact from this report:
1 BILLION MIDDLE CLASS BY 2039 AT CURRENT RATE OF GROWTH
“in literally every state of India, freedom movements are in full bloom and getting stronger as the days are passing.”
Outside kashmir, give some examples!!!!!
Open challenge.
Author writes
“”"”"”how the Pakistani cities of Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi look. How the people are strong, solid, hopeful, educated, talented, intelligent, peaceful, hospitable and smart.”"”"”"
“Pakistani cities” - power cuts, food riots in major cities
“educated” - 50% LITERACY RATE……..yes educated!!
“intelligent”- Yes……author is a prime example!!…….
“peaceful” - Yeah we hear about peacefull bomb blast, sectarian classes almost every week.
Lastly NO MAJOR TERROR attacks in Indian cities since mumbai attacks.
doctor sahib, if we accept that indeed india has more problems than pakistan would it make us Pakistanis happy and better off ????….why cant we concentrate on our own LITTLE problems ???
BL you prove doctor right when he says “Indian are more concerned about the problems in Pakistan than in their own country” …..you actually do seem like a nosy neighbor !!
Ibrahim
Brother, you are a NICE MAN.
i honestly like ur writing.
Keep writing.
Dont mind what i have written.
Ibrahim,
when people hate someone to the extreme limit, there comes a time the hater starts acting like the hated,
this is a good example of the case, the author is doing the same, pointing india of lobbying negative propaganda, while doing the same
why not just rectify ourselves, and let the critics say whatever they like……
PS.
@ BL # 6
>>>>Keep dreaming. No tax on that
thats a good one,
Brother BL, you silence me by calling me a brother…thank you for appreciating my essays….flattery will take you everywhere !
Brothers BL and Arias, we the people of sub-continent must realize that our problems are indeed common and should start working towards a common solution…just look at the example of EU, they realized the same after so many wars…..it is our duty as bloggers to take this initivative to work towards a common goal for the betterment of the sake of our poor people !!
hahaha, Good one dude. I was waiting for this from you guys anyway
“”"It’s life and life is laden with the problems and every nation faces problems and crisis and Pakistan is no different,”"”
No different? You must be living in mars for last couple of years.
How could this of guy get Doctorate? No intelligence, no brain. If you are a Dr. i need to seriously doubt Pakistani education standards, and its 50% literacy rate.
“”we the people of sub-continent must realize that our problems are indeed common and should start working towards a common solution”"
Ibrahim bhai i completely agree with you.
Few things i wanna say, if you visit websites like “pakistaniat.com” or the Pak Tea House blog then u will find much better level of discussion.
TPS is a great website. It allows a lot of freedom but it needs improvement in quality.
Anyways, some of the things that i had written earlier are NOT MEANT FOR DECENT PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ARIAS.
i just wanna add that i found in the internet MANY MANY GOOD PAKISTANIS WHOM I WANNA BE FRIENDS WITH.
Honestly , it made me realise that our differences are superficial and quite fake. Mostly political. Just like there are differences between PPP and PML-N supporters.
Of course, extreme elements exist everywhere including Pakistan and India.
Friends and brother, I like TPS because it allows freedom to speak….here we can write our point of view which no other newspaper will take up…..this is a big freedom indeed and we should respect that……agreed that TPS needs improvement but so does everything else in this world…..we can improve TPS by contributing quality essay on one hand and by actively giving concerte and to-the- point objections to the writers’ point of view…..only this ways we will compel the writers to improve !!
Yes I agree with writer that Pakistan is far better countryto live than India but for whom only is real question? Surley the 2 to 5 % class who hold all privileges in their hands and then transferring it to their next generation.
For such group no body can think to go and live in India where even PM and president are living in most simplistic form of executives.
They use old cars, simple dressings, with humble and with their people.
The example can be see that our runaway musahraf has been come under trouble in UK as their parliament has asked to UK govt that who is paying the bill of secuirty of 4 guards of musharf in his edger residence?
So ultimately he has come under knife of accountability of his real masters.
I am very surprised by some authors of this forum that how unaware of them about serious bitter realties of Pakistan and poor living standard of majority of Pakistanis that our managers are giving to our people. I think they live as expatriated Pakistanis or limited in 20 kms of islamabd where one can hardly seem the true colors of Pakistan.
President Musharraf is a national Hero!
