There are questions about Nawaz's popullarity outside Punjab. So far, PML-N showdown in Punjab is wrongly attributed to its popularity throughout Pakistan which is not the case. Nawaz Sharif is as popular a leader of Northern Punjab as Altaf Hussain of Southern Sind - no more no less.
