Identify the Terrorists

By Brig. (r) Junaid Zaman • Apr 5th, 2008 • Category: Politics • 12 Comments

According to the police officials in Lahore, the suicide bombers of Naval War College have been identified and both of them are Muslim, Pakistanis and live not too far away from the Lahore City.

From the records of National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) and from the DNA tests, the two bombers were Abdul Hameed of Narang Mandi in Sheikhupura district and Allah Wadaya of Shujabad in Multan district and both had links with a banned militant organization.

Security officials must have told us which organization they belonged to. Would you believe that after suffering through plethora of bomb blasts and suicide bombings, Pakistani nation still doesn’t know who in the hell is killing them and why? We are frantically poking our hands in the dark to search the our blood on the gloved hands of masked enemy.

A national drive must be initiated to raise awareness among the populace to identify the enemy and government must tell common people as which militant organizations are behind this ghastly act. A massive crackdown must be started on the dens of these militants. It would create a short term panic, but it would scare the hell out of these cowards.

  1. In India ,Indian Muslims try to make all the bombings of Mosques(Hyderabad and Maharashtra) are the work of Hindu fundementalist elements but could not be carried out by fellow muslims as Muslims donot kill each other. This post shows that killers who are killing naval cadets are not atleast following the edicts of Islam or working for people with agenda to destabilise Pakistan.

  2. Late note: waiting for more score from Team A soon.

  3. Err Team B ^

  4. Admin of pakspectator.com,

Please don’t alter the comments. I wrote “Team B” in the first place.

  5. IA has written truth and true facts about Army and their coward officers. I have also same observations about army officers. They are coward and hesitating to go on their jobs. One one amazing fact about these suicide bombers on Army personnels is that, you will hardly find any protest from civil society on these attacks. Reason is only one, people are now sick off this Army. This civil society gave them real respect in Past but now they are exposed and we have seen their sincerity to Pakistan. They are even more corrupt then our politicians. No civilian now bother about sucide attacks on this Army. No body comes on road in their favor. Internally every body is saying “Jaisa Karoo gay, waisa bharoo gay”.

I saw personally that Brigadiers, Generals etc have removed their name plates from their main doors since last few months. Reason is only one, they are afraid of attacks. Its first time in Pakistan that our Army is insecure even within cities. What you will expect from them on borders? They are only dancing on Atom Bomb and few long range missiles. Nothing else.

  8. Help! there are some very sick minds around here. Get them to the nearest LA, please! They are almost sinking in thier venom; their hatred endangers all the sane people. That is the imprssion what I get after reading above the diatribes.

I think there’s no need to malign our military; that is a good and professionally run organization and in my opinion we have more reasons to admire and commend our soldiers than condemning them. I personally wish that there were more such disciplined organizations and institutions in Pakistan. I consider it unfortunate that some of us are absolutely bent upon finding faults in our military. Of course, they are not any angels but then they are from among us with some room for improvement.

  10. Let me tell you that these suicide bombers are not cowards. They are extremely motivated people. Mentally charged up. Their charge can only be diffused by careful counter measures which includes addressing them through media.

  11. Politics of hatred is doing what it has always done through out the recorded history. History is such a cruel teacher it keeps on haunting those who don’t learn its lessons. Paradoxically, history is not our most favoured subject, we like to taylor it as it pleases our little minds and suits our fantasies. Lets see who wins this struggle between the facts as history has recorded or the falshood that we created for our this make believe world. Choice is ours either we learn a lesson and mend our ways or just perish and become another sad lesson of history for others to learn from.
