The ballot result announce(5marla plot)sector I-16 shows on page 5 serial number 269 ASAD ULLAH KHAN 42101-1391091-5 Askari -393:I-16/4.CDA did not send me the allotment letter.When fed up by writting letters to cda i sent a notice to Secretary Cabinet division Government of Pakistan saying the cda was behaving malafide with a view to defraud me of the amount already paid and write to sue for damages had accrud to me and if i did’nt get the allotment letter within 15 days of the receipt of the notice i would file a suit for Rs.2500,000/-(25 lacs).After sending reminder i got allotment letterNOCDA/FM-I/I-16/4(896)/11 23807 ISLAMABAD 27/10/2011(Please note the time gap between the balloting date and issue date of the allotment letter2-plot numberi.e 896 sectorI-16/4.Soon after receipt of the allotment letterI paid the 1st installme i.e250000/-(two lac,fifty thousand..
On 4/1/2012 i received a letterNo.CDAEM-I/I-1-16/4(896)/11/27402 Islamabad 30.12.2011.It read as follows,”As directed by Federal Board Of Revenue the allottee of plot who issued allotment letter after 2009 required to pay FederalExcise Duty at the rate of Rs.100 per square yards.(Rs.13900) 2 You are therefore requested to please deposit the said duty in in the NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTANIslamabad branch and submit the original challan receipt to this office for record and also deposit the balance price of plot amounting to Rs.500,000/as per schdule immediately in shape of pay order/bank draft in favour of CDA.I may ask why should i be penalized for the fault of CDA to pay the excise duty(RS.13,900/-only)I should get the plot of land originally alloted to me viz:393i-1-16/4.I SHOULD BE SENT ANOTHER ALLOTMENT LETTER.I feel CDA is playing foul with me at someone elses instance presumably a security agency.I reserve my right to take appropriate action.END

Before 30th June, 2010, I have submitted first installment in sector I-16/4 Plot # 581 Islamabad. Till now i have no information whether you have recieved it or not.
