Johanne
I hope you agree with me on these official figures.
There are approximately 3,000-4,000 Indian nationals working on
several such projects across Afghanistan. India has committed aid to
Afghanistan in the 2002-09 period amounting to $750 million, making it
the fifth largest bilateral donor after the United States, Britain,
Japan and Germany. India has used these trade centers and its four
Consulates to man with RAW and its four Consulates to man with RAW
personnel to hatch plots against Pakistan.

So for what purpose India is investing on Afghanistan on such a large scale by curtailing down its own development projects.
Do you think they will continue all this if Pak army backed Taliban would come and take the reign of govt through the power of votes.
More s group will invest his hard money on other's land more chance of his dominance on taking the decision toward his side irrespective to people's interests.

As per BBC
The election, held on 20 August, resulted in 55% of votes going to Mr Karzai, with his nearest rival, Abdullah Abdullah, getting 28%.

However, if the fraud investigation results in Mr Karzai's vote total dropping below 50%, it could trigger a run-off.
It is said that the number of bogus votes are more than 250000 so all this happening under the nose of Nato and indian forces mointoring the whole elections.

Is it not clear sign of forced governments under the umbrella of US interests on people of Afghanistan?
These bogus votes are real face of US in third world countries of her desire.
This principle is still valid for 1st world developed countries that every thing is fair in love and war.
