Jogging helps achieve target goals like fitness, longevity and weight loss. Diet is quiet important for joggers, as they have to eat healthy food, not only to maintain good health but also keep up the performance of strong bodies. A better diet can help in maximizing performance because jogging burns a lot of calories, reflecting good health. Runners need a diet plan, so here is a guide to some of the best foods to help runners make their meals distinguished as healthy diets.

1. Whole Grain Pasta and Bread

Whole grain items in your food fuel your metabolism. Whole grain pasta and bread is easily digestible and satisfying dish that gives the body slow-release of energy which is needed while running. This excellent nutrient-package boosts the energy of runners.

    Indian bananas arrival changed the mood of Pakistanis as it is very tasty and double in size and in two week it was just 200 rs per dozen But Pakistani traders like our ISI men couldn’t tolerated this Indian attack and conspiracy and now this fruit has shoot up price up to 500 to 600 rs per dozen.

    these are some worst kind of diet having high rate of sugar and dopamine dosing that would ultimately damage the brain cells and regular takers would be in high risk of diabetes and extreme mood fluctuation

    so simple to say that kindly use foreign chaypian as per availability of food on Pakistani soil.
