This time they have made public, on purpose, a secret document to implicate the former DG of ISI in aiding the Al Qaeda and its operatives.
As the European nations have shown cold attitude in sending more troops to Afghanistan and the American public is also not warming up to the notion of sending in their more troops, and Obama doesn’t want to repeat the Bush approach of US troops, the Pentagon has decided to bring in cheap and easy heads from Indian army. That is why the Mumbai blasts because they give a “plausible” excuse to Indians to join hands with the “world” to curb “terrorism”.
Both India and US knows that Pakistan is not going to provide any individual named by the Indians. These people are not even remotely interconnected. The Saffron Terrorism has done its best to throw the blame on Pakistan. Now, when they have done the “favor” of not attacking Pakistan when even Pakistan is not “giving” them the named persons, they will come to join the ISAF forces. That is the main plot of all this activity.
The only hurdle in the way of US and India is ISI, the organization which has built its impeccable reputation in securing and promoting the Pakistan’s interests related to domestic and foreign defense. They have kept the RAW on the run for many years, and even CIA is fearful of this highly professional, loyal and pragmatic outfit. The bid to bring in ISI chief to India just after the blasts in Mumbai was an effort to implicate ISI, which was scraped due to the timely intervention of ISI despite of the blunder made by our idiot PM.
Now they are digging out old corpses to defame and corner ISI. A US secret document has declared ISI former chief, General Hameed Gul maintaining links with the Taliban and Al Qaeda network besides being involved in arranging financial assistance to them. Hameed Gul has been blamed for arranging financial assistance to the criminal groups operating in Kabul beside he has been involved in recruiting the youths from seminaries and giving them training in subversion, who allegedly launch assaults on the Allied Forces with high-tech weapons.
That is basically another assault on ISI.

Umman tameer-Nau headed by General gul is indulging in developping advanced WMD for non state actors with drug money coming from Afghanistan.It has mostly members of foreign office and ex armed forces personnel and continue to liase with army personnel.I will not call ISI as it has lost relevance with new setups coming up with covert operations capablity.

Islamabad, Dec. 7: Former Inter-Services Intelligence chief Lt. General (retired) Hamid Gul is said on the United States most wanted list for his alleged links to the Taliban and al-Qaeda networks, as per a two-page unsigned secret document marked as releasable to the Government of Pakistan.
According to The News, a source speaking on condition of anonymity, said Gul had been charged with providing financial assistance to Kabul-based criminal groups and involvement in spotting, assessing, recruiting and training young men from seminaries.
The source further said that L. General Gul has also been accused of assisting the Taliban and al-Qaeda in developing high-tech weapons.
The U. S. State Department’’s Deputy Spokesman Robert Wood, however, declined to comment about the said list being sent to the United Nations.
“If we decide to send names, we will let the media know,” he responded.
The document as seen by The News reveals that Washington had sent the name of Gul to the Government of Pakistan.
When contacted by this scribe, Gul laughed off the charges. According to him, these charges are simply hilarious and promised to come up with an appropriate response today or on Monday. (ANI)

London, July 16 : Declassified US intelligence and State Department documents have revealed that Pakistan gave substantial military support to the Taliban regime in Afghanistan, when it was in power between 1996 and 2001.
Islamabad, however, has rubbished this claim, saying that it only provided diplomatic and economic assistance in the years leading upto 9/11.
According to The News, among the documents acquired by the National Security Archive, an independent group pressing for government transparency, is a confidential memo sent in November 1996, from intelligence report from Islamabad to the Defence Intelligence Agency in Washington, describing how Pakistan”’’s paramilitary Frontier Corps was operating across the border.
“The documents illustrate that throughout the 1990”’’s the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) considered Islamic extremists to be foreign policy assets,” Barbara Elias.
No one was available for comment at the Pakistan embassy in London. Privately, Pakistani officials concede that the ISI was instrumental in turning the Taliban into an organised force before 2001, but claim that the committed Islamists in the ISI’s ranks have since been purged. (ANI)
Spanish spy document blames ISI for ‘arming’ Taliban against Afghan govt in 2005

London, Oct 2: Pakistan’s intelligence agency the ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) may have provided help to the Taliban with arms and other aid to fight against the Afghan government in 2005, besides providing them training and intelligence in specialist camps in Pakistan.
This has been revealed by a leaked Spanish intelligence document.
The secret document, marked confidential and bearing the official seal of Spain’s ministry of defence, was published on the website of Spanish radio. It shows that Spanish intelligence officials had reason to believe that the ISI was helping to procure improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in attacking vehicles at a time when coalition forces appeared to be winning against the insurgents.
“The plan is that the Taliban use these remote control IEDs to assassinate high-ranking officials,” The Telegraph quoted the report released in August 2005 as saying.
The report noted the “possible existence of advanced training camps used by Taliban in Pakistan where they receive training, support and intelligence from the Pakistani secret services and where they are developing new explosives”.
Meanwhile, Pakistani army spokesman Maj Gen Athar Abbas dismissed the Spanish report, saying it was just a propaganda to tarnish Pakistan’s image.
“It is baseless, unfounded and part of a malicious, well-orchestrated propaganda campaign to malign the ISI,” he said. (ANI)

The story at your link certainly gives an impression that there lives some Mr Amir who is married to Mrs Noor Elahie and that their names have been checked on the electoral roll of the village.
All the married people have their father in law which is not news but probably the reporter is not aware of the fact that in Pakistan there is a ‘Database and Registration Authority’. It has got a large data portal for the people living in Pakistan. In Pakistan, every adult is supposed to have National ID card. Even every child bears the National ID number. Name and the address can invariably be verified by data base as well as investigation on ground. Mr Ajmal or Jamal Amir Kasab name has not been verified in any case with the help of portal data base. He is adult. He must posses his ID card. Where as after mentioning his father name the reporter like to mention the (hear say) name and thus has failed to establish an authentic link.
Any how; any body can do any thing for the money or even for some concocted cause. If the story of Ajmal Amir Kasab (although every news paper is quoting a different name); at the face of it, as described is taken as correct and he has been louvered in for this savage action. It is an action of an individual and his decision to indulge in a culpable incident is p[ersonal. How come Pakistan becomes responsible for this?
You have come here on this website to say some thing; is your government or for that matter your family responsible for that. No not at all.
You may be aware of it that how many dissident groups are at war in India against the oppressive policies of Central government of India. There are about hundred or so. Why they must be taken out of the equation of Mumbai massacre and why they should not be doing such action?
And what about Hindu Saffron Terrorism atrocities, being carried out against Muslims and Christian? Hundred of them have been killed by them.

There are about 100 Indian separatist dissident group pitched against the oppressive regime policies and Central control of its government. They are fighting for their freedom and disintegration of India is but eminent. Cracks are showing. Reportedly the Hindu terror groups have very successfully infiltrated the armed forces. There are many a training camps being run by the serving as well as retired Army officers. There are also reports that Indian Nuclear are very much in the reach of these terror groups. Presently the Indian Nuclear assts have been placed as the most dangerous in the world.
It is easy to make a scapegoat of Pakistan or point a finger to some of the old defunct groups to maligned them for this. It is an old willfull practice adopted by the Indian government to blame Pakistan which serves them in the field of law and order situation in the country and to escape any communal riots but India does not realize that it also gives a good leverage to the separatist groups to breed and carry out their actions more freely.
