Nawaz Sharif trusts Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan blindly despite of the fact that Nawaz Sharif has always been burned by the suggestions, choices and selection of Nisar Ali Khan.
One of the biggest blunders to Nisar’s credit is his selection of Pervez Musharraf as the next chief of army staff and he forced Nawaz Sharif to supersede Musharraf upon many senior generals. It is an open secret that Chaudhary Nisar was a frequent stealth visitor to Mangla when Musharraf was a corps commander there. It was Nisar Ali Khan who suggested to Nawaz Sharif to go to exile instead of remaining in jail and that will remain a block spot on Nawaz Sharif’s political career forever and it gave Musharraf to strengthen his rule for many years to come.
Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan himself handpicks MNAs and MPAs from the Rawalpindi division and he himself selected the Haji Pervez Khan. Nisar Ali preferred Haji Pervez over many die hard and loyal Muslim League workers and the only criteria of Haji Pervez is that he has got a biradari which supports Nisar Ali in his own constituency. Nisar has got a history to make such illiterate decisions. He select one Haji Dildar Khan as MPA from Taxila tehsil of Rawalpindi and this Dildar Khan couldn’t even speak Urdu and couldn’t read or write.
Right now the MPA from Taxila is an uknown lady who is the wife of former of MPA Umer Farooq Khan. Umer Farooq himself didn’t contest the elections because hasn’t got the B.A degree, but throughout election campaign Umer Farooq appeared in public and nobody ever saw his wife who is the actual MPA.
Now this Haji Pervez has really put the whole of PML(N) in hot waters as his nephew was arrested from the examination hall of Gordon College Rawalpindi giving paper of Islamic studies in place of his uncle Haji Pervez Khan. Haji Pervez has already failed many times in the F.A and this was his last chance and now the poor chap will never be able to get the FA degree. Will Nawaz Sharif ask for explanation from Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan in this regard? How dare they forced such an illiterate cheater upon the people of Rawalpindi?

Joint Statement of Indian Muslim leaders
Pakistani Taliban’s treatment of Sikhs in tribal areas is illegal and barbaric.
We, religious, political and community leaders of the Indian Muslims, are alarmed at the reports coming out of Pakistan’s tribal areas about the Pakistani Taliban’s kidnapping, extortion of huge amounts of money from their Sikh compatriots as “Jizya” and demolition of the houses and shops of those who fail to pay the demanded sums.
We would like to say that Jizya is a tax paid in an Islamic state for exemption from military service by healthy non-Muslim adults who are free to follow their vocations without restriction or fear, and that there is no other tax payable by them after paying this tax, unlike Muslims who have to pay various taxes including Zakat and have to perform military service as well.
Jizya was payable by non-Muslims only in lands conquered by Muslims like Egypt, Syria and Iraq but not in unconquered areas like Madina where during the time of the Holy Prophet no Jizya was ever imposed on non-Muslim citizens who enjoyed equal rights and duties under the Constitution of Madina. For many centuries Jizya has not been levied by Muslim states and today even the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Islamic Republic of Iran do not levy Jizya on non-Muslims for the simple reason that non-Muslims in these states pay all taxes payable by others. Prominent Islamic scholars of the modern times like Shaikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi are of the view that Jizya should not be imposed now as non-Muslims are equal citizens of Muslim states and pay all taxes paid by other citizens and shoulder all the duties.
We wish to make it clear that the imposition of the so-called Jizya is nothing more than extortion by an armed and lawless gang which does not constitute a sovereign government or state or even an organ thereof. Moreover, Pakistan’s tribal areas are not “conquered lands” as their non-Muslim population has been living there for centuries. These areas were part of the British India and became part of the new State of Pakistan as a result of peaceful transfer of power on Partition.
As regards the huge amounts in millions reported to be demanded, these are arbitrary and exorbitant as the amount of annual Jizya paid by non-Muslims in early Islam was merely one to one and a half dinar, which is 4.24 gram to 6.36 grams of gold. Moreover, this tax was payable only at the end of the year and not in advance.
We regard this as an act of injustice incompatible with the letter and spirit of Islam and the international covenants accepted by all Muslim states.
We demand that the Pakistani authorities must take earliest steps to retrieve the extorted sums and pay them back to their affected non-Muslim citizens and facilitate their peaceful return to their homes and properties in their traditional homelands and give them all due protection.

Imran Khan is not a leader, just a sort of Mafia fellow, that too of the tamed playboy sort. You know that under Islamic law, adulterer ‘zani’ Imran Khan has to be flogged in public for his crimes.
Its indeed a wise decision of the government no to let him in Karachi. We have not forgotten the carnage of 12th May 2007, when his party goons along with unruly lawyer mobs of ‘Justice Chaudry’s movement’ indiscriminately killed so many innocents, 90% of them being workers of MQM.
Why doesn’t the Chief Justice take suo moto action of the violence of May 12th 2007? Why isn’t a judicial inquirey conducted into that incident? Only because Justice Chaudhry is biased, he does not want to implicate his blue-eyed boy zaani Imran Khan, because of the tremendous street violence Mr. Imran Khan caused through his party Ghundaas, in support of Justice Iftikar Chaudry’s restoration movement.
Noteworthy is the fact that by the day, Imran Khan is an extremist of worst sorts, who is the biggest supporter of Taliban Terrorists. Whereas, by the night, well….we all know…Mr. Imran Khan turns into a colourful playboy.
