What they basically are trying to do is to implying that Pakistan is a free-roaming state for terrorists and secondly Chinese are fully aware of whereabouts of Osama and Pakistan and China has mend ways with Al-Qaeda while cajoling the West.

One wonders as why then Pakistani authorities are still unable to strike any deal with these negotiating terrorists to stop the bloodshed in their cities?
