Gojra Riots a conspiracy against the Blasphemy Laws

At least I have been expecting all this media drones attacks on Islamic Law after the riots. Which true Muslim will not condemn attack on any minority, Hindu, Christian or Jews or person believing in any other faith, even if the member of the same has committed the crime of blasphemy? The law of the land doesn’t allow individual or group of person or any party to give the punishment to anyone for committing the blasphemy act. No one has pointed out that the attackers, if they were Muslims, have not only violated the Pakistani Laws but also the blasphemy Laws which give the right of awarding punishment to the state and not individual.
The elements waging a Media War on Islamic and blasphemy law have been successful as according to Daily Times Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani hinted at a review of the blasphemy law.
This comes as no surprise but shocking is the fact that some of the strong believers in Khatam-e-Nabuat to believe in which is indispensable for Muslim, have been made to believe that blasphemy law is responsible for suppressing and attacking the minorities in Pakistan so the Law should be scraped out. One of our friends Dr Awab has put all his effort to prove that blasphemy laws and Khatm-e-Nabauat’s “fanatics” are the real problem.(see here, here , here , here , here , here , especially here ) although he himself had written a post on or say against the successor of one the “victim”( see the screen Shot of Dawn page on the timeline of blasphemy) of blasphemy Law.
While writing the timeline of blasphemy cases Dawn has call Yousaf Kazzab a Muslim cleric who had been vocal in condemning religious extremism. This is not surprising as our English Press and English readers have been trained on how to attack the blasphemy laws if grounds are made for it.
It is believed that the present situation is the creation of Liberal fascists who fashioned it in order to defame the blasphemy laws so that the same could be worn out. Had all those discussing the issue been sincere, they would have condemned the attackers and not the blasphemy Law.

If you like to put blame on PMLN for every thing in Punjab… then you should also accept that MQM is behind every thing in Karachi.
You basis of blaming is their majority in Punjab… so you MUST blame the party who have majority in Karachi for all target killing, mobile snatching, robberies etc etc etc.

Mullahs now going after Ahmadis;
Police sacrilege Ahmadiyya Mosque and houses in Lathianwala
Faisalabad, Pakistan; Aug 10, 2009: Couple of days ago a case under anti-Ahmadiyya clauses (PPC 298) was registered by some activists of Sunni Tehreek against 32 Ahmadis accusing them of inscribing Holy scriptures at their houses and place of worship which allegedly hurt the feelings of complainants in village Lathianwala located some 25KM away from Faisalabad at Sheikhupura Road. Police at the behest of some bigots also added Blasphemy clause PPC 295-C (Use of derogatory remarks, etc; in respect of the Holy Prophet) to the FIR (First Information Report) which carries death penalty. At this outrageous act of Police a three member delegation of Ahmadis approached high ranking police officials to get the Blasphemy charges dropped and settle the matter peacefully without unjustifiably hurting innocent Ahmadis implicated in the case.
In the morning of August 10, 2009 around 300 strong contingent of Police, gathered from whole district, stormed the Mosque and 28 houses belonging to Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and removed Holy inscriptions, comprising Names of Allah and Kalima (Muslim creed) etc. According to reliable sources the terror and frightful operation continued for 8 hours. Police sacrilege was led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Rai Muhammad Hussain and Station House Officer Mian Muuneer Ahmed of Police Station Khururianwala while the matter was still pending decision with high ranking police official Senior Superintendent of Police Kamran Yousuf. At the time of operation Ahmadiyya delegation was waiting for a meeting with Deputy Inspector General of Police.
Police used chisels, cement, paint etc to do this dreadful act of shameful sacrilege and removed every Arabic word they could find on Ahmadiyya Mosque and houses. It is worth noting that media was kept at distance thereby not allowing to cover this act. After what happened at Gojra and Mureedke last week; Police is still busy to appease the religious extremists and bigots. Religious minorities feel insecure and helpless in this hostile environment.
32 innocent Ahmadis still face the charges of anti-Ahmadiyya laws and Blasphemy, arrests and prosecution which may lead to from three years imprisonment to death.
As well as the the act of removal kalima and holy words in lathianwala by punjab police are
concerned, i’ve following findings:
1. There is no existance of a single happening of Bkasphemy by Ahmadis. If yes can police prove?
2. SHO Mian Muneer and DSP Rai Muhammad Hussain of Thana Khurrianwala are very weak and helpless officers bcz they should investigate and then registerd such a serious act i.e 295C against 32 innocents.
3. It is right Ahmadis have holy word on their houses and mosque. But can someone tell me? it is 295C or 298C. same as if some one attacked for murder but fortunatly alive. Can it case of 302 or 307.
4. From last one month, sunni tehreek not only marching with banned weopens in village, but also making lot of propagandas against ahmadis. Some time start declare on loud spkeaker in mosques. Ahmadis COME ON! if u have courge compete with us.O muslims come out from ur hoses to kill the ahmadis.
5. I don’t know what police and authorities are doing! Are they waiting another “GOJRA” trailor?

ملک عزیز کس طرف جارہا ہے۔ابھی پچھلے دنوں جب گوجرہ میں، لاٹھیانوالہ میں اور مریدکے میں مذہب کے نام پر ہاہا کار مچی تو احساس ہوا کہ نجانے کیوں ہم اپنے وطن ، اپنے ملک، اپنے گھر، اپنی دھرتی میں نہیں بلکہ غیروں کے دیس میں ہیں۔ اور تو اور گوجرہ کے بارے میں ایک تو ایک کالم نگار نے یہاں تک لکھ دیا کہ ان لوگوں نے اپنے گھروں کو خود آگ لگائی ہے تاکہ دوسرے ممالک میں سیاسی پناہ لے سکیں۔ گورنر صاحب یہ فرما کر سبکدوش ہوگئے کہ جتنی پولیس اس وقت میری حفاظت کے لئے ہے اتنی اگر اس وقت گوجرہ میں ہوتی تو 8 افراد زندہ نہ جلائے جاتے۔ الامان والحفیظ۔۔۔گورنر صاحب پولیس تو آجکل حفاظت کے لئے نہیں بلکہ مساجد سے کلمے مٹانے کے فرائض سرانجام دیتی ہے۔ لاٹھیانوالہ میں کیا ہوا؟ انٹرنیٹ پر شور ہے ۔ یوٹیوب پر پولیس کی یہ حرکات “پولیس ٹیرر”کے نام میں سے اپنے فرائض کے مظاہرے دکھارہے ہیں۔
لاٹھیانوالہ سے جب الیٹ پولیس فورس کے جوان “نو فیئر”کی شرٹس پہن کر مساجد سے اور لوگوں کے گھروں سے کلمہ لا الہ الااللہ محمد رسول اللہ، یا رسول اللہ،یا محمد،ماشاءاللہ مٹاتے رہے۔تفصیلات کے مطابق 300 سے زائد پولیس کے جوان آٹھ گھنٹوں سے زیادہ وقت تک اس انتہائی درجے کے گھناونے کام میں مصروف رہے۔ اس عرصے میں انہوں نے 28 گھرانوں اور ایک مسجد سے کلمہ مٹایا۔ جو ویڈیوکلپ یو ٹیوب پر جاری کیے گئے ہیں ان کے مطابق مٹانا کا لفظ درست نہ ہو گا۔ اس کی بجائے چھینی اور ہتھوڑوں کی مدد سے کلمے کو توڑا گیا اور ہم سب جانتے ہیں کہ دیواروں کے نیچے اکثر نالیاں بہہ رہی ہوتی ہیں کلمے کے پاکیزہ الفاظ جن کے لئے میری جان بھی قربان ہے ، یہ بدبخت پولیس والے نالیوں میں پھینکتے رہے۔ عین اس وقت یہ حکمران پورے ملک میں اقلیتوں کا دن منا رہے تھے۔ اس ملک میں جو حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے نام پر قائم کیا گیا وہاں سے خود آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا نام مٹ رہا تھا اور دوسری طرف اقلیتوں کا دن منایا جارہا تھا۔
محض کاروباری چپقلش اور سیاسی وجوہات کی بنا پر دیوار سے قرآنی آیات کا کیلنڈر اتارنے پر فیکٹری کے مالک کو قتل کردیا جاتا ہے اور حکمران یہ کہہ کر سبکدوش ہو جاتے ہیں کہ مجرموں کے سخت سے سخت سزا دی جائے گی۔
ابھی تو ابھی کہنے کو بہت کچھ ہے مگر جتنا سوچتا ہوں الجھتا ہوں کہ ہمارا ملک کس راہ پر گامزن ہے۔۔

We strong condemn the synical act of the removal of Kalima from the mosques under the virtual police supersion as seen on the video on YOU TUBE. The Government of Pakistan is exposed naked in this crime.
We 32 are still helpless. We are out of our homes from approximately 2 months. We have written applications to higher authorities for proper corrective action. But yet, not a single step taken by the government.
