Garbage in Judiciary’s Backyard

Because he polluted the institutions to his own requirement and to make his grip upon the levers of power more tight. But that is what a tinpot dictator is supposed to do. Otherwise he willl be lynched by the people.
But why only Musharraf should be penalized? It is not to saying for the least bit that Musharraf should’nt be thrown on the altar of punishment, but also why should the judges who supported Musharraf all the way be spared? Why not PCO judges starting from the Dogar be brought to the justice? The judges who endorsed Musharraf and who didn’t join the lawyers-cum-judges movement to liberate the judicary from the shenanigans of the dictators.
All judges who took oath under Musharraf’s Nov 3 PCO must be brought to justice. Many of them are still serving in the courts along with the ones who sacrificed. Lawyers who gave everything away during the movement are ill at ease by presenting their cases in front of these judges and by calling them My Lord.
Musharraf’s Nov 3 Emergency is the crime which must be punished, if we have to clear the muck from Pakistan forever and Musharraf is not guilty alone.

cosmetic measures won’t help…first the judiciary needs to bring to justice those black skinned beast lawyers who are terrorizing Lahore!

Who bring and how PCO(Provisional Constitutional Order ) come into being.
it is created in ISI and executed by chief of army staff.
As per history our last two PCOs these were actually prime minster control orders(PCO).In both tragic events elected PM were removed by power of gun and all things were controlled by army men.
In 2007 as there was no danger from PM so PCO becomes(prevent court orders)All know how judges were harassed and handpicked as militqary man was desparate to get the rule of law in his own hand. Again power of gun was utlised on unarmed judges to harass them by all means.
it was also military dictator who badly rigged and abused our mother of nation to become Chief martial law admisnstrator.
so find who is common in all cases against constitution of Pakistan or against Quaid’s dream
The military man so why not first punish that miltiary man who start this mess and harass civilians and polticians to run state affairs under their illegtimate system of governanace.
Lets first grab him and then come to civilian.

few people can not decide at their own. They only follow policy of their lord, what ever he will say..they ll follow the same. So no need to waste your time with such mentalities. Is there any benefit of arguing with such mentalities.

According to Transparency International, Pakistan’s judicial system is one of the top most corrupt in the world. We haven’t really witnessed the much trumpeted ‘reforms’ after March 16. Beast lawyers, fed up of the ennui of post justice movement period, are now rampaging in the streets of Lahore. Someone ought to lock them up in the Lahore Zoo, which in recent times, has seen a serious decline in animal population.

I dont waste time on passers by but surely confront with such mentalities who comes and breach my security through artifice means.Fooling others and judging others through fake articulations are not acts of bravery and mannerism.This is not stone age where one need lot of time to judge other real face.Just need of little bit of negative mentality along with update knowledge of technology and you get crystal clear picture in front of you.
Sometime it really hurts but strong believers of God also take it as hard lesson and can extract lot of moral instructions through bad experience.

You are right and I agree with you. My point is that there are few guys who dont want to listen even a single word against Mushraf. They defends him so blindly that even Mushraf can not defend himself like this. No only Mushraf but all dictators. These guys takes others comments so personal that starts abusing and taunting directly. Even the opposition comments with all facts and figures but they never gets convince. May be this the reason of current situation of Pakistan. I feel simply sorry on their minds and the way they twist news. Their main excuse it… OK if you want to do justice then start from “Baba Adam Time”… Means leave every thing as it is.
