Friday Prayers- the last for some

“… the militants, targeted a mosque inside an officers’ residential colony in Parade Lane, Rawalpindi Saddar, during Friday prayers in which Col. Kaleem Zuberi’s father Muhammed Ahmed Zuberi and his son Abdullah Zuberi have achieved martyrdom. Both were residing in the mosque when explosions took place.
Other martyors include 17 children, 10 civilians and 9 army personnel.
It was indeed very very sad news, the deceased M.A. Zuberi was my grandfather’s cousin, & was close to the family…
We realize, what goes through the families of the numbers of people we see as a list almost everyday….in a bomb blast. What happens when a family member or a loved one is lost in vain, due to some vandalist procuring, suicidal bombing or targeted killing of people as was this brutal attack on our family & others.
It’s not just sad but heart breaking to think of some one to lose his father, or his son that too the eldest. But to lose both in a single day & that too in this catalasmic fashion is pure torture.
We are all grievious….words cannot express our distress. For words are just words, what we feel is beyond all that….
We are at war, it’s time we all realized it.
Lets Pray for this family, our own families & our neighbours and people we dont even know. Lets pray that their lives dont go away in vain.
Lets try & make them feel that we are there, for them.
Lets pray that this grief becomes a little softer.
Lets just pray….

Yes this was the big blast but not bigger then the Peshawer mena Bazar blast where 240 peoples were Died and still 20 are missing

Thank you for taking out time to comment on my post. It was very kind of you to share ur thoughts & express what u have about the people who died in the attack.
Mr. Tausif, I am sure Mr. Kareem didnot mean there is a competition of this senseless death toll of our people. Thank you for ur kind concern about this.
Mr Johann, I do not agree with your views that the Saudis are behind this. We might have a discussion on this later on. Now is not the time for this.
The crux of the matter was that this was not a suicidal mission but a perfectly planned operation to wipe out some people & others just came in the way.
Planned so as to make the common man believe it a suicidal mission, which it was not. we are at war, the sooner we realize it, the better we will be able to act.

Friday prayers should be banned in sensitive areas. All Imaams and mosques should register with Pak Army Religious Corp and get their Khutbas approved.Anyone encouraging terrorism and Jihad in sermons should be banned.
If it would have only restricted to Friday then we could think of any solution but in our cities attacks are being made o on random bases and days on people of Pakistan.
Yes it is unique thing happened this time that they picked Friday for attacking the high secure zone of senior army officers.
