World is changing like crazy. Standards and criteria is changing its course like never before. Rapid scientific development, globalization has seeped into every nook of the planet with full might and effect in the last two or three decades.

The limitations are contracting as far as the establishment of a conceptual state is concerned with in the regard of industrial era. Pakistan is an under-developed country, so it would be highly and more probably badly affected by the ill-fruits of globalization. Post-industrail era of information era has posed a new challenges and has also given a new semantic to the globalization.

The burning questions should also be that how we would be able to cope with the challenges posed by this info-globalization, and the culture and heritage we so treasure, how it would be saved from the evil-effects of globalization. Have we got the ability to mould the world order to our own objectives?
