Our beloved govt. never forget to give us surprises , every day every moment they have a lot of surprises for us, sometimes in terms of opening NATO supply, by building corruption records, by promising for not doing load shedding in Holy month of Ramadan and sometimes by price hike of petrol and other commodities. Actually they want to live in our thoughts and talks by giving us jerks. This continuous increase in prices leads towards inflation, and we Pakistani have been facing this inflation for years.

Beginning of Aug is with new surprise regarding petroleum oil and lubricant (POL) products price hike up to 7.67 per liter, and CNG prices increased by 7.01 per kg. By OGRA notification new price of petrol would be Rs 93.57 per liter, High Speed diesel at Rs 101.79 per liter, high octane blended available at Rs 120.16 per liter and price of kerosene oil at Rs 92.88 per liter. All these prices would be available at this new price.

This price hikes in POL products will dramatically increase the other commodities prices as well. And in this Holy month people of Pakistan have to face inflation. As these are the ultimate gifts of democratic govt. the only thing that our govt. do happily is price hike, I don’t know why this govt. feels happy after torching the masses. Govt. has all the resources and powers to solve these problems, I don’t say they solve it forever but at least in this Holy month of Ramadan they must care in order to facilitate the people so that they can perform their religious prayers with concentration. But who cares!! They don’t consider themselves good leaders then why they look into people problems, once this beautiful statement came into my knowledge i.e. “quality of a good leader is to hear the unheard”but here people are crying, but this hue and cry doesn’t matter because our leaders don’t want to be good leaders!! Strange but true!!
