Fazl-ur-Rehman : Next Prime Minister ?
By The Pakistani Spectator • Sep 21st, 2007 • Category: Uncategorized • One ResponseAPDM just announced that they will present their resignations from National and Provincial Assemblies on 29th of September. In the meeting of APDM, held in Islamabad, all the leaders of opposition were present and looked composed, but Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman was not present and is in Saudia Arabia.
When TV channels contacted him about this, he said that he doesnt know about resignations and he is not ready for that. Reports are that he is in KSA to convince Nawaz Sharif to accept him as the next prime minister of Pakistan. He has also done deal with Musharraf, as the deal with Benazir is going awry, because Benazir’s price is bit high, while Maulana comes lots cheaper than her.
Opposition has been dented by Benazir and Fazl-ur-Rehman for 7 years now, and this decision without him is sure to create some unique ripples, and the time has come, when nation will perhaps know that who stands exactly where.
