Fatwa of Dr. Tahir ul Qadri Against Terrorism
By Shayan Khan • Dec 5th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 72 CommentsTahir ul Qadri is the founding leader of Minhaj ul Qur’an International and he has done a fine job of issuing a Fatwa against the suicide attacks and the bomb blasts and have called them ‘Kufr’.
That is a fine job and should be followed by rest of the religious leaders and they all should condemned publicly the terrorism and come out with one word against it. Especially, the parties like JUI and Jamat Islami should clear their stance over this issue and stop playing dual role.
Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan, who are the main perpetrators of the terrorism across Pakistan are gaining strength from the elements of banned religious outfits. These outfits are not only providing the information about the places, routes and targets for the terrorists, but also providing them manpower, training, and experience. If the religious leaders and parties join hands and exert their clout and pressure, only then this tide of terrorism can be controlled.
Tahirul Qadri’s example should be followed by all.

Is there any stupid who has ever claimed that suicide bombing is Islamic?
Obviously suicide bombing is unislamic but the issue is how to stop it.

these merhaban deliver such fatwas when first time VIPs are hit in this lengthy war on terror.He never bothered to visit any critical areas to negate the wrong concept of Fazaluall like clerics.While living in his country he ignored the deprived class of remote areas and made links with corrupt elite class for getting benefits using religious monopoly.
In this period he was busy in Canadian immigration service so that he would spread Islam in Canada,He is quite ignorant that these non Muslims people have adopted more islamic values than muslims.He might learn some lessons of sincerity with job, people and to country through these Canadian people.

your sheikh Islam is generating fatwa while living 1000 miles away from his land which is on fire.Canadian people don’t need him as their human values are much better than ordinary Muslims.He should had issued this fatwa many years before and he has to sit in troubled area as such kind of fake religious conceptual should be counter with proper religious guidance and that should have been done through such sheiks.But these clerics even cant sit altogether to show unanimous stand of Muslims to outer world. so I call these men as opportunist and clerics of elite class only.

It is very easy to live in good environment and give lecture of hard life to others.
Our country men are always obsessed by these runaways brides.
I think British has transplanted genes of slavery in our people and that is reason our generations are always impressed by foreign settled leaders and religious clerics.
Its too late for FATWAs; We need a visionary Leader who can guide us through the trouble times. Nothing wrong on his Fatwa from a thousand miles. Its Ok to criticize if you have knowledge of Islam but just for criticizm sake DO not malign the Mullah’s or Shaikh’s etc. Roumours and spreading the false information is prohibited in Islam. And talking behind some one back is Kufr.

Such kind of efforts should had been made as soon as maluvi fazal ullah like people had started their mission of fake jihad in our valleys.But at that moments all are ignoring him and he successfully launched his campaign to brain wash neglected generation of so called jihadis.
It doesn’t matter who are they whether India throw them or Israel drop them through spaceship but they have successfully achieved their targets and it is killing us in our barricaded homes.
This is a huge melodrama going on with in Pakistan. Taliban and Black water go hand in hand or against each other playing battle using suicide attacks in our country, noone knows the actual thing behind it. One thing is for sure that Mr. Zardari is playing an important role in boosting the things up. If the Black Water Securities would have been blocked from coming into Pakistan, the present scene would have been different. It is due right that Pakistan needs a revolution but who will give this revolution? I have got the answer… In all the international revolutions, students have always played a great role in maintaining the bulk of the revolutionists… In Pakistan, students are gathering under the forum of revolution, young generation is coming into politics too and this young generation will not stake the sovereignty of the nation. Today is the era of Zardari! Tomorrow will be the era of someone else but after that, it will come our era…! So my brothers and sisters! I know Fahad Mirza is not alone in this marathon. I shall do everything in future to save my motherland… I shall come into politics, I shall be an officer, I shall be a doctor, an engineer, even a peon but I shall always remain as a Muslim first and then Pakistani. Hope for the best era to come cuz the era which is going on right now is bogus. But my friends! Pakistan came into being due to the prayers of the great Sufi’s of Indian Subcontinent and it will INSHA ALLAH thrive till qayamat. Actually you people should understand the propaganda of US, India and Israil which are indeed the greatest anti Islamic countries that they are creating troubles inside our home so that we may scatter away cuz Pakistan is the only Islamic country in the world which can create huge problems for them as we have one of the best armies, navies, air force and as a nation, we are the best… you may have seen our performance in October 8 Earthquake…

If it was up to you, i dread what would be of our country today. You are quite rightly passionate about your views however maybe that passion has overcome sanity and you have lost the balance in your views. Issuing a fatwa is like declaring an intelectual as well as practical war against the issue at hand and dont you forget the concept of terrorism is and exploitation on a religious platform. Jihad, Shaheed, Jannah after death are all religiously exploited motivations. The world including our armed forces seem to be fighting a physical war against terrorism, it is clear that war is only increasing and popularising terrorism. Who in this world is fighting an intelectual war against terrorism? and when someone does you are sadly blided by the positive efforts of those people. You are right, its about time a fatwa was issued, why wasnt it done so before. der ayed durust ayed!
Terrorism has its roots in exploitation of the mind, opportunists use those who are victims of circumstances, they get into the heads of innocent minds when they are at their most vulnerable. Are you going to help those vulnerable people? there are various welfare activities in action including that of dr. Tahir ul Qadri however the real help those people also need is that of education, awareness, knowledge and this fatwa does exactly that and so does every teaching of dr. Tahir ul Qadri.
When a mind is exploited it needs reasssurance. These extreamists are out there in your face and around like vulchers waiting for you to be vulnerable, they do this by exploiting the Quran, they do it by exploiting the teachings of our prophet PBUH, they do it through exploitation of the teachings of islam. They need a counter atack on the same platform an attack that is far stronger. This is a war more effective than that being fought on the ground through guns and warships against terrorism. This intelectual war through a fatwa addresses the issue at its root! the mind! the mind needs facts, it needs refferences, it needs to have the right information available to make the right decision. If you all support this fatwa and the authenticity of it the word will start spreading that there is no Janah on the other end, it is not shahdat, instead there is hell fire. No muslim should be left with the knowledge that terrorism makes one a kafir and destined for hell. You must support it if you wish to erradicate our country and islam from the cancer of terrorists, it is our cancer and we must treat it. Be joyful that another cure has been identified. You would appreciate a cure if it was quite literally a cancer that you were personally inflicted by.

First he has done such a great work for ISLAM and PAKISTAN and you are blaming to him! these kind of people reating a disturbance in our beloved country who always wants to integrate Islam and Muslims.

I am personally not in favor of fatwa as it ceases the capability of human minds to search for better options of life on religious basis.
but for whom we need such kind of religious treatments.
This issuance is requirement of masses which are illiterate, having less capability of decision power and usually uni directional state of mind.
Muslims majority is still living in state of backwardness and their number is being multiplied many times without any achievements in their system.So in such state of living they always look for crutches,support and blind faith to stabilize their routine and ambiguous activities of daily life.
if we have capable leadership we can use this fatwa culture to unite our community and their energy can be localized into positve side.i.e
if our mullahs can give fatwa on issue of family planning and its procedures it could have benefit Muslim community living in shabby conditions.
For the last 8 years we are aware that fatwas like such suicidal attack has been activated in our northern side so it should had been restricted with immediate effects from top religious scholars of Muslim community.It shouldn’t be declared only but on repetitive basis implemented forcibly on remote areas.
In above comments I mentioned the name of Mulana jan of Peshawar who was doing this task well in weakly basis but he was brutally killed.
Same position was taken by maulana naeemi of lahore but he was also killed.
so it was not Taliban of our mountains who are doing this.
This is all being done by collaboration of our crook political,religious and military characters for their under cover games.
Now come to discussion of fatwa of this sheikh Islam shahib while enjoying life in Canada.
he is corrupt man who used all tactics to get benefits from military establishment and sharif groups for widening his network.
He is called as mullah of elite class and therefore his belated fatwa came into being when first time in 7 years of turmoil our elite class has been directly hit by wave of terrorism.
We are badly in need of revolutionary religious interpretation but not for me and you but the for the areas where majority are suffering because of wrong policies of management.
These affected people have idealized characters like sufi mohd, fazalurrehman, fazauluulah due to nonavailability of positive and peace loving clerics.So cohesive and uninterpretable field job is required in this regard instead of delivering some use less word power.
Do you think the echo of any such impractical fatwa can be heard in swat and waziristan valley?

As far as I concern until & unless Justice is not prevailed these Bomb Blasts & Acts of Bloody Bath will remain continue rather enhance. As the most stressing point in the HOLY QURAN is Justice ONLY which is Lacking in our beloved country.

This Fatwa have international importance, Adnan i think you don’t know that Tahir ul Qadri Give Fatwa this was not on the request on any person, Tahir ul Qadri is not a person who do work to make happy Khabees and curse full Currept Ministers, after his Fatwa Rehman Malik Appreciate this and people and media think that this Fatwa given on request on Government , its totally wrong so must need to clear this, so in his 150 pages Fatwa he explain By Quran ,Ahadees, Sunnat-e-Sahaba and tabieen that Suiside bombing or killing innocent people is Haram and unislamic, so this fatwa is not like other Molvies Fatwa he said that he will send this fatwa in different langage in whole world to put Muslims case that Islamic Education is not base on Terrorism , so whatever you think reality is that tahir ul qadri is doing great job for Aumat-e-Muslima
