I was reading on someone interesting website and it seems very correct that a good author provides good , adorable book to read similarly a good human being caring about his/her looks healthy. Diseased and careless attitude with health always result in form of negative impact on human being.

Osteoporosis is now common for all, Everyone has cells that remove old bone and other cells that rebuild new bone. This ongoing process is part of what keeps our bones strong. When one person have post menopausal osteoporosis, bone-removing cells cause bone lose at too faster rate. Almost 5-7 years after menopause risk of fracturing increases almost 20% due to thinness of bones.

Almost every person in his or her late forty have chances to have weak bones although female have more common chance for its attack. Main reason are lack of awareness, imbalance of hormone, calcium deficiency, random intake of wrong food, excessive dieting. It is greater than the incidence of heart attacks, stroke, and breast cancer combined. 80 % of patients with fracture are not screened for osteoporosis.

Bone loss can also be related to chronic inflammation (caused by body dehydration and many other factors) and by an overly acidic inner body pH (of 7.0 or less). Our inner body should have a lightly alkaline pH (greater than 7.0). Bone dehydration (insufficient body water) can cause both chronic inflammation and an acidic inner body. Dehydration is usually alleviated by drinking at least eight glasses of water daily. Since most drinking water is slightly alkaline, drinking it tends to make your body less acid.

Post menopausal osteoporosis is the most common form of osteoporosis. It affects many women after menopause.

World Osteoporosis Day is observed annually on October 20, launching a year-long campaign dedicated to raising global awareness of the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and related muscular skeletal diseases.

The International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) released a new report, revealing approximately 80 percent of patients treated in clinics or hospitals following a fracture are not screened for osteoporosis or risk of future falls. Left untreated, these patients are at high risk of suffering secondary fractures and facing a future of pain, disfigurement, long-term disability and even early death.

Osteoporosis risks can be reduced with lifestyle changes and sometimes medication, avoidance from Alcohol and smoking , proper nutrition has an important and complex role in maintenance of good bone high protein containing food increase uric level which further form uric acid and loss of bone and at the end most important many soft drinks contains phosphoric acid which plays important role in reduction of bone size and width so we keep strict check on it.

  1. True,on our health card, the first thing to be seen is our own signature of choice regarding what food we eat,and what approach we take to the tasty world of food. But there are other factors that pose a serious challenge to our health. Its not just us but the economic conditions of our times that decide,if we have the right choice of health.Malnutrition is one such thing, though involuntary, yet one big inevitable reality that can’t be written off.About 800 Million people are under-fed across the world. They do not choose not to get their full caloric-content out of any choice. The lack of proper feed translates into ossified bones, which in turn leads to many health-related complications relating to our bodily and mental well being.
